Reports and Analytics Dashboard for Garden Contractors
Landscaping Management System brings profit per project, crew output, material use and client feedback onto one dashboard. Every figure comes from quotes, purchase orders and attendance that were entered anyway.
Profit against the estimate
An estimate is a forecast until the job closes, and the dashboard compares it with what was actually spent. Profit is visible for each project. It is not left for month end.
Money that has not arrived yet
Part of reporting looks ahead to what is still owed or due. Open quotes, unpaid invoices and contract renewals are listed by client, with the dates attached to each.
Crew and material
Crew hours and material use are the two costs that move most of the margin on a garden job. Both are drawn from entries made on site and in the yard.
Frequently asked questions
Can the reports be exported to Excel?
Yes. Any of them can come out as a file for someone who prefers a spreadsheet. The export can also go to your auditor.
How current are the numbers on the analytics dashboard?
They follow the entries. If attendance was marked this morning and a nursery bill was entered yesterday, both are already counted.
Do we need a separate analytics tool as well?
No, not for these reports, which cover what a garden contractor typically asks for. Pooling data across several companies is separate work, and GullySystem would scope it separately.
