The therapist comes in at eleven and asks reception what she has. Reception is on a call. She stands there, or she guesses, and at some point in the afternoon somebody discovers a four o’clock nobody told her about.

Each login sees its own slice
A therapist sees her own day and her own commission, not the salon’s takings and not another therapist’s figure. What each role can open is set by you at set-up, and changed by us when you want it changed.
The same system, on a much smaller screen
These are the same records the branch is working on, opened from an ordinary Android phone over the salon’s data or wifi. On a small screen the calendar is fine and the reports are cramped. That is honest rather than ideal, and owners end up reading the month on a laptop anyway.

Do therapists need their own phones for this?
Most use their own, and some salons keep one shared phone at the treatment rooms. Either works, though a shared phone means whoever is logged in is the one being credited.
Can the owner check takings from another city?
Yes, from any browser. It is the same records the branch is working on, not a figure typed out for him after the shutters come down.
Does it work when the internet is down?
No. It needs a connection, so a salon on a weak line should keep mobile data on the desk phone as a fallback.
