Ratings are a note, not a verdict
Service ratings can be recorded against a therapist, and they are worth reading. Ten clients in a month is not a measurement of anybody, though, and a therapist who gets the difficult clients will always look worse on paper. Read it alongside what you see on the floor.
Payroll itself is not run here
Commission, attendance and leave come together in a figure per therapist that your salary process works from. Statutory filings, PF and the actual payment are not done from this software, and nobody should tell you otherwise.

Can two therapists share one service?
Yes, for a four-hand massage or where a junior assists. How the commission splits is your rule, set up once so the desk is not deciding it.
Can commission differ by therapist?
Yes. A senior on a higher rate is common, and so is a different rate for the first month of a new joiner.
Does it stop a therapist marking a service she did not do?
No, not by itself. The service has to exist on a bill for a client, so a cross-check shows it up. A dishonest marking is caught by reading the day’s list, though, not by software.
