Timings, Sevas and a Donation Page, on Your Own Domain
Most of what the office answers on the phone is already written down somewhere. Put it on the temple’s own site and the calls change from timings to things worth a conversation.
What the site shows
The deity and the history
The temple’s own story, told the way the trust tells it. Not a paragraph somebody copied.
Darshan and aarti timings
With the dress code, because that is the second question every visitor asks.
Sevas and events
The seva list with what each one is, and the festival calendar with its dates.
Gallery and trustees
Albums from each utsava, and the trust members with their roles if the trustees want them shown.
The donation page
Your UPI details and bank account are shown. The donor enters the transaction reference after giving. A numbered receipt is raised against that reference, and the office checks it against the bank statement. It is a manual match, deliberately, because a temple is better off with a person confirming money than with a silent entry nobody opened.
Yours to run
- Your own domain, with the template and search titles you choose
- A WhatsApp chat button for the questions that need a person
- Announcements and events published from the same office screens
- Photographs, history and trust details are things only your temple can supply, and somebody has to sit down and write them
Frequently asked questions
Can devotees give online from the site?
Yes, by UPI or bank transfer, entering the reference afterwards. The office matches it and the numbered receipt follows.
Who updates the site once it is running?
Your office does it from the same screens it uses for bookings, and announcements, events, gallery albums and priest details all publish from there.
Do we own the domain?
The trust does. We set the site up on it, host it, back it up and answer when you call.
Can the site be in our language?
The pages carry what you write, so your history and seva descriptions can be in the language your devotees read. The office screens themselves are in English.
