Can the veterinary billing software take card or online payment?
Yes. Payment gateways connect, and the mode is recorded against the receipt. Cash is entered as it is now, and both land in the same day’s figures.
Can we bill medicines from our own pharmacy?
Yes. Stock issued from the clinic pharmacy goes on the same invoice and is deducted from the shelf, so the two records stay in step.
Do vaccination charges go on the pet’s record?
Yes. The vaccine, the date and the charge sit on the same visit, and the next booster reminder is built from that date.
Can we see what one owner has spent this year?
Yes, by owner across all their animals. It helps when deciding how to follow up an open balance.
Does it handle pet insurance claims?
No. Claims are between the owner and the insurer. The clinic can hand over an invoice with every item listed.
