Reporting and Analytics for Veterinary Clinics
Reports cover consultations, vaccinations, medicine stock and collections, drawn from what the clinic’s team enters. They describe what the clinic did and leave the decisions with the owner.
What the reports show
- Revenue by service and by vet
- Appointments and no-shows, by day
- Vaccinations due this week and this month
- Stock near expiry and below its reorder level
- Outstanding balances by owner
- Which treatments take the longest
Vaccinations due
The vaccinations due report lists animals needing a booster this week and this month. It also works as a diary of future work, since it shows who is due next month.
Time against money
Treatment times sit beside revenue by service. Both come from entries. After some months, the two together show whether fees reflect the time a consultation takes. The comparison is only as reliable as the entries behind it.
Describes, does not advise
The reports do not recommend a fee or predict next month. They show what the clinic did. Decisions stay with the owner. The reports simply describe.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see this from home?
Yes. Any device with a browser works, including a phone, and collections, the day’s appointments and the stock warnings can all be read there without opening another tool.
Can we compare two vets?
Revenue by vet is shown. Read it with care, since a vet on long surgeries and a vet on the vaccination evening will not look alike on that report.
Can we export the figures?
Yes, into a file for the accountant, commonly the month’s revenue and collections.
Does it work out our profit?
No. It gives revenue, balances and stock movement. Rent, salaries and other costs sit in the accounts, where a profit figure belongs.
