Can you integrate devices from different manufacturers into one system?
Yes, that is the core of this work. Mixed brands and protocols are normalised into one data model so a single dashboard or rule engine can use readings from all of them together.
Will connecting a sensor void our equipment warranty?
Non-invasive methods such as clamp-on sensors, contact inputs and reading an existing communication port are used wherever possible so the warranty is unaffected. Where a warranty or AMC restricts what can be touched, we ask for the supplier's written consent before proceeding.
What if a machine has no digital interface at all?
External sensors, current clamps or dry-contact inputs are added instead. Most equipment can be measured this way even when it has no built-in reporting of its own.
Do we need to replace our existing meters and controllers?
Usually not. The point of integration is to read what is already installed wherever it is reliable, and add new sensors only at the points that are genuinely blind.
What decides how long this takes?
The number of distinct devices, how many different protocols are involved, physical access at each point, and whether an equipment supplier needs to approve access before work begins.
