Will our accounts stay in Tally?
They can. Invoices, credit notes and receipts leave as a file your accountant imports under the ledger names he already uses. Site-wise dues and challans stay here, where the counter needs them.
Can we see what one site owes without the rest?
Yes. Open the site and you get its bills, its deliveries and its balance. That is the screen to have in front of you when the engineer rings.
How accurate is the ageing at the start?
As accurate as the balances you bring in. We go through a few big contractors line by line with you before go-live, because ageing built on a wrong opening figure is worse than no ageing.
