How the block works
Winning an auction creates a pending payout for the net prize on that ticket. It waits there.
Why a locked action
A rule that lives only in someone’s memory can bend under pressure from a subscriber who wants the money that week. A locked release action applies the same rule to every ticket in every group. It is harder to argue with than an intention.
What it cannot judge
Whether the guarantor is good for the money is your decision, not the module’s. Marking security verified is a human decision, and the record shows who made it. Pending, verified and released payouts are listed together, so a payout does not wait unseen for months.

Can the managing director override the block?
No. Someone has to mark the security verified before release, and that action carries a name. The design keeps the decision with a person.
Can every payout waiting on papers be listed?
Yes. One of the reports lists pending, verified and released payouts, so a prize stuck for want of one document stays visible.
Where are the scanned documents stored?
Against the payout and the ticket, so they open with the record. Your company owns them, and how a complete copy is taken is written into the proposal.
