Camera and Photography Gear E-commerce & Stock Software

A camera gear store is built here around fitment data, graded used stock, trade-ins and insured dispatch. It rests on a storefront platform chosen with you, and it reads counter stock from the shop system where one exists. Dealers, used-gear sellers and accessory brands are the intended users.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

Not an existing GullySystem product. The store, trade-in flow and stock links sit on a platform that discovery selects. A seller with a counter can hold unit serials and sales bills in the retail product named here.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is that a buyer can see what fits before ordering, and the seller can see what condition each used item is in. Grades, fitment and warranty sit on one record per item.

It covers the store, trade-in requests, orders, dispatch records and warranty data. It does not repair cameras, certify condition or confirm a brand’s warranty terms.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront

A consumer store with filters by mount, format and compatible model.

Fitment data

Mounts, adapters, filter threads and compatible models stored against each item.

Used stock grading

Grade, note and photographs for each pre-owned item, and a single-unit stock count.

Trade-in desk

Requests, provisional values, inspection results and final credit.

Insured dispatch

Declared value, carrier, signature and parcel photographs for valuable orders.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

New body to doorstep

A body is listed with its kits, ordered, picked by serial, insured and delivered, then registered for warranty.

Trade-in against purchase

A customer submits an item, receives a provisional value, ships it in and is credited after inspection.

Used lens sale

A graded lens is listed with photographs, reserved for one buyer and dispatched with its record.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Compatibility fields

Mount, coverage and filter thread are structured fields, so filters and warnings read from them.

Kits and bundles

A body with a lens and a card can be a kit with its own price, taking stock from each part.

New and used together

Each item is either new or used, with grade and photographs for the latter.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Supply-route pricing

Items from different supply routes carry their own price and warranty text.

Trade-in credit

A confirmed trade-in value is applied to a new order as a credit.

Authorised discounts

Discounts beyond a set limit wait for an approver.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Single-unit stock

A used item holds a count of one and is reserved for the buyer who has it in the basket.

Sync timing

How soon a counter sale reaches the site depends on the connected shop system, and the store says so where it matters.

Packing record

Serials, accessories included and photographs taken at packing.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Buyers pay by card or UPI, and larger orders can be settled by bank transfer.

Returns

A return is compared with the dispatch record and photographs before a refund is raised.

Refund and credit

A refund or store credit names the order, the reason and the approver.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Grading, trade-in, dispatch and manager roles see different screens.

Approvals

Trade-in values and large discounts wait for sign-off.

Reports

New and used stock, trade-ins by status, returns by reason and claims by brand.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Retail product

For shops, serial stock and billing remain in the retail product linked here.

Insured carriers

Booking and tracking, once a carrier’s interface has been tried with test parcels.

Marketplaces

Considered one by one, where the seller interface and terms allow it.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Platform selection

We compare the platforms that fit your range and channels, then set one up with you.

In stages

New stock from one brand first, then used gear and trade-ins.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Fitment fields, grading scale, trade-in steps and store design follow your trade.

Where the edge is

Platform limits shape checkout and layout. We say early where a need would call for custom work.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing stock over

Items, serials and used-stock notes are loaded from sheets or an older system and checked against a count.

Training

Sessions for grading, trade-in and dispatch staff on their own items.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

Bug repairs and minor store adjustments sit inside the support agreement.

Outside scope

New channels, further countries and custom features are estimated apart.
