Electric Bicycle E-commerce & Battery Records Software

Every electric bicycle is registered by frame, battery and motor, each with its own serial and warranty. Battery dispatch rules, service visits and spare batteries are handled on the same record. It is written for electric bicycle sellers who stand behind what they sell.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

Batteries, motors and component warranties for electric bicycles are not covered by any current GullySystem product. This part is new work, and the public shop can stay on a standard setup.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

An electric bicycle is three products in one: a frame, a motor and a battery, and the warranty for each can differ. The record must follow the parts, not only the bicycle, or a service desk cannot answer the first question a rider asks.

Battery testing and safety judgement are outside the software. It keeps the serials, terms and dates your team enters. Dispatch follows the rules you set, and carrier and market rules for batteries remain yours to verify before any parcel leaves the building.
