Fragrance Gift Set E-commerce & Bundling Software

This solution lets a seller assemble fragrance gift sets from component stock, add a message and wrapping, and send each set to a different address. It also takes bulk gifting orders, and it is configured for you.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

No GullySystem product assembles or personalises gift sets. The set builder is configured on whichever commerce platform discovery selects, and what that platform lacks is quoted as custom work.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

A gift set is not a product with its own stock. It is a list of products that must all be present, packed together and delivered by a date.

The system builds sets from component stock and records wrapping and messages. It does not source gift boxes, and it does not decide what a corporate buyer should send.

Modules

What is in the system.

Set builder

Define a set as components and a box, with stock checked on each part.

Gift options

Message cards and wrapping on each set, and a recipient address held apart from the payer.

Bulk gifting orders

One order that ships many sets to many people from a list.

Packing station list

A pick-and-pack list that shows every component and the card text.

Delivery date control

Orders held and released to meet a requested date.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Set to parcel

A set is chosen, its components are reserved, a message is added and the set is packed with its card.

Bulk order

A corporate buyer uploads names and addresses, approves the set and receives a dispatch list.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Components and boxes

Each set lists the perfumes, miniatures and box it is made of.

Substitution rules

A component that runs out can be replaced only by an item you have approved.

Seasonal sets

Sets can be dated to a festival and withdrawn after it.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Set price against parts

A set carries its own price, with the parts’ prices shown for margin checks.

Bulk pricing

Quantities of sets are priced by bands you set and approved before confirmation.

Message limits

Card text has a length limit, and a message that runs over is flagged.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Component reservation

Components are reserved when a set is ordered and released if it lapses.

Pack-to-date

Sets are packed to meet the delivery date, not in order of payment.

Carrier choice

Breakable or restricted parts decide which carriers are offered.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Cards and UPI for single sets, invoices or transfers for bulk orders.

Returns on sets

A partly used or opened set returns under the seller’s rule, and unopened parts go back to stock after inspection.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Gift orders

Sets by date, by delivery address count and by status.

Substitutions

A record of which components were replaced and with what.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Fragrance catalogue

Reads the scent and variant record of the main fragrance storefront.

Courier services

Booking and tracking for many addresses, where the carrier’s interface allows it.

Payment gateway

Linked once your gateway account and its interface are checked.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosting

Hosted by us or placed in your own cloud tenancy.

Seasonal start

Built ahead of a gifting season and tested with sample orders.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Set components, card text limits, wrapping options and delivery rules follow your range.

Where the edge is

Gift boxes, printing and personalised engraving come from suppliers. The software records the order, not the production.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing the data over

Component stock and last season’s set definitions are loaded, then compared with a physical count.

Training

Sessions for the packing team on set lists, cards and dates.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

Help for the packing and care teams, and fixes to set rules, are listed in a support sheet.

Outside scope

Branded corporate portals and further markets are separate pieces of work.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Do you already sell a gift set builder?

No. Each build is arranged around one seller, and nothing in it is offered as a ready product.

Can one order go to many addresses?

Yes. Bulk orders take a list of recipients, and each set ships with its own card and address.

Does it design the boxes?

No. Boxes and printing come from your suppliers. The system records which box a set uses.
