Air Conditioner E-commerce & Installation Software

This solution lets an air conditioner seller list units by tonnage and type, take an installation slot with the order, and follow each unit from godown to wall. Serial numbers, warranty periods and contract dates stay on one record that the counter and the service team both read.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

GullySystem’s Electronics and Appliance Retail Software holds serial-number stock, warranty records and delivery and installation scheduling, and its HVAC and AC Service Software holds units, contracts and technician visits. The online store, room-size selector and installation booking are configured around them.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

An air conditioner is sold twice: once as a box and once as a fitted, working machine. The system treats both as parts of one order, so the unit and its installation are booked, paid and closed together.

It covers the storefront, installation booking and the link to stock, warranty and service records. It does not survey a site by itself, certify an installer, or decide what a brand covers under warranty.

Modules

What is in the system.

Capacity-led storefront

Customers filter by room size, tonnage, type and star rating as printed on the unit, and see the installation charge before checkout.

Installation booking

An order for a unit carries a site survey or installation slot, with the fitting materials quoted from the survey.

Serial-number stock

Each unit is held against its serial number from godown to customer, shared with the showroom stock record.

Warranty and contract record

Warranty periods, compressor cover and service contract dates sit with the serial, so the service team starts from one screen.

Fitter schedule

Installations are assigned by team and area, closed with a commissioning note and the customer’s acceptance.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

From room to order

The customer states the room size and the wall type, picks a unit, chooses a survey or a fixed-charge installation and pays an advance.

Godown to wall

The unit is picked by serial number, delivered, installed on the booked slot and signed off with a commissioning note.

After the sale

Warranty, service contract and any later breakdown call attach to the same serial, and renewals appear as the end date nears.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Capacity and type

Tonnage, type, inverter or fixed speed, rating label and noise level are fields. Room-size guidance is set from the brand’s own guide.

Installation kit

Piping length, stand, stabiliser and wall bracket are listed as add-ons that change the installation charge.

Variants

One model with several tonnages and colours is a single listing with options, each with its own serial stock.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Unit and installation price

The unit price and the installation charge are shown separately, with extra piping charged by the metre as the survey records it.

Dealer and project orders

Contractors and builders order several units on negotiated rates and are billed on account.

Exchange and offers

An old unit taken in exchange is valued at the counter and set against the new sale, where the seller runs such an offer.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Serial stock

The site reads the serial-number stock the showroom sells from, refreshed on a timetable the two sides agree.

Delivery with unpacking

A two-person delivery is booked with the installation slot, and the unit is checked for damage in front of the customer.

Spare parts and gas

Where the seller also services, parts and gas are issued to technicians and charged to the job.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Part payment, full payment or an EMI case is noted on the booking record.

Returns

An unopened unit can be returned. A fitted unit is a service matter, handled against its warranty record.

Refunds

Money goes back through the route it came in by, once the return or the cancelled fitting is confirmed.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Order desk, showroom, fitters and service team each see the screens their work needs.

Approvals

Large project orders and discounts wait for an approver, recorded with the order.

Reports

Units sold by tonnage and type, installations pending, warranty cases open and contracts due for renewal.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Electronics and Appliance Retail Software

Reads serial stock, billing and warranty records from the product the showroom already runs.

HVAC and AC Service Software

Hands sold units and contract dates to the service side, after the exchange between the two is defined.

Payments and EMI

The online payment route and any financier’s EMI case depend on the accounts you hold and what each provider exposes.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Where it runs

Cloud hosting that we operate on your behalf, or a cloud account held in your company’s name.

Ahead of summer

The store opens with a limited range before the hot months, so the first installation bookings test fitter capacity.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Installation charges, survey rules, order stages and the storefront’s appearance are set to the way you sell.

Where the edge is

Installer certification, gas handling and brand warranty terms stay with you and the brand. The system holds what you supply and applies the rules you give it.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Loading the records

Model lists, serial stock, customers and contract dates are loaded from your present software or sheets, then reconciled with your own totals.

Training

Hands-on sessions for the order desk, fitters and service staff, run on your own units.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

Bug fixes, minor changes and guidance for staff go into an agreement that names the hours and the contacts.

Outside scope

Adding a further city or another brand’s data feed, or making a bigger change, gets a separate quotation.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is the whole thing an existing product?

No. Stock and service already exist as products. The storefront and installation booking are new work, configured for each seller after discovery.

Does it work out the right tonnage for a room?

Not on its own. It shows the brand’s sizing guide and your rules. A site survey stays the final word wherever the seller offers one.

Where can I see a price list or a trial?

Nowhere. Nothing is listed publicly, and there is no trial copy. Cost comes with a written proposal drawn up after discovery.
