Heating, Cooling & Air Quality E-commerce Software

This solution lets a seller of air conditioners, fans, heaters, purifiers and humidifiers list by capacity, take installation slots and follow each unit by serial number. It suits brands and dealers who need the online order and the showroom to agree. The storefront is configured for each business.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

GullySystem’s Electronics and Appliance Retail Software already runs serial-number stock, GST billing, warranty records and delivery and installation scheduling in appliance showrooms. Capacity filters, the storefront and installation booking are new work, set up for each seller.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

One record per unit is the goal. The counter, the fitter and the website all read it, so nobody retypes a sale from one screen into another each evening.

It covers the storefront, order handling, installation booking and the link to stock and warranty. It does not survey a site, certify an installer or decide what a brand covers under warranty.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront

A consumer store, a trade catalogue or both, reading prices and stock from the unit record.

Unit record

Model, capacity, rating label, serial number, warranty dates and consumables for each unit.

Order and installation

Orders with an installation slot, advance and survey notes, kept on one record.

Consumables and reminders

Filters, cartridges and service reminders linked to the models that use them.

Dispatch and returns

Carrier, packing photograph and returns handled against the original order.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

From listing to fitted unit

A unit is published from its record, ordered, booked for fitting, delivered and closed with a commissioning note.

Seasonal range release

A range for the hot or cold months is published by region, with stock planned ahead of the first spike.

Filter and cartridge reorder

A reminder reaches the customer, who reorders the matching filter from a link.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Capacity and ratings

Tonnage, wattage, litres per day or room coverage are fields, so filters work and listings stay consistent.

Variants and consumables

Finish, sweep, voltage and the cartridges that fit are options on a single model.

Safety and care details

Plug rating, cut-off features and water guidance appear on the listing where they apply.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Unit and installation price

The unit price and any installation or piping charge are shown separately at checkout.

Trade and project rates

Builders, contractors and offices see agreed rates and are billed on account.

Offers and exchange

Seasonal offers apply by date and region, and an old unit taken in exchange is set against the new sale.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Serial-number stock

The site reads from the stock the showroom sells, on a timetable both sides agree.

Heavy and fragile goods

Heavy parcels go by carriers that accept them, and fragile units are packed and photographed.

Installation capacity

Slots are limited by the fitters available, and the store stops offering a slot when it is full.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

The routes your gateway and financier offer, with part payments and EMI cases recorded on the order.

Returns

Unopened units can be returned. Fitted units are handled as service matters against the warranty record.

Refunds

A refund follows the original payment and waits for the returned unit or the cancelled fitting to be confirmed.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Editors, order desk, fitters and the service team see only what their work needs.

Approvals

Large orders, discounts and markdowns wait for an approver.

Reports

Units by capacity and region, installations pending, warranty cases and consumables sold.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Electronics and Appliance Retail Software

Holds the showroom stock, billing and warranty records the store reads.

HVAC and AC Service Software

Takes sold units into service contracts once the exchange is scoped.

Gateway and carriers

Each is connected only after its access, your account and the scope have been confirmed in discovery.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosting

We can host and operate it, or place it in a cloud account your company holds.

Ahead of the peak

A limited range opens first, so stock levels and installation capacity can be compared with what the shop sees.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Capacity rules, installation charges, order stages and the storefront’s appearance are shaped to your trade.

Where the edge is

Energy labels, safety approvals and warranty terms come from the brand and from outside bodies. The system records the references you hand it.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Data in

Models, serial stock, customers and warranty dates arrive from your billing package or a sheet, and are reconciled against your totals.

Staff sessions

Editors, the order desk and fitters each get a session built on your own products.

Support scope

What support covers.

Included

Corrections, small adjustments and staff questions are covered under a written agreement with named contacts and stated hours.

Not included

Opening a new sales channel or a new country, or making a major change, gets its own quotation.

Subcategory coverage

Where each heating, cooling & air quality subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Air Conditioners

    Its own solution page

A fitted appliance needs installation booking, component-wise warranty and a service hand-over that no other heating or cooling page needs.

  • Fans

    Covered on this page

Fans are a variant and packing problem. The category page already covers variants, damage claims and bulk quotes without extra systems.

  • Heaters

    Covered on this page

Heaters follow the same listing and fitting flows as the rest of the category. Their difference is season planning, which sits within the category stock reports.

  • Air Purifiers

    Covered on this page

Purifiers share the category’s listing and fitting flows. Their filter reminders and fit map are a module of the category solution, not a separate system.

  • Humidifiers

    Covered on this page

Humidifiers fit the category flows. Their fragility and consumables are handled by packing records and a consumable pairing on the category solution.

  • Dehumidifiers

    Covered on this page

Dehumidifiers use the category sizing, heavy-parcel and trade-quote modules. Their capacity guidance is data, so no separate system is required.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is this one boxed product to install?

Not as a whole. Stock, billing and warranty already exist as a product. The web store and its links to it are fresh configuration for every seller, decided in discovery.

Is a price list available?

Not publicly, and there is no trial or demonstration copy. Scope and cost arrive in a proposal drawn up once discovery is done.

Does it suit a seller with one appliance type?

It can. A dealer with only fans or only air conditioners uses the parts that apply and leaves the rest switched off.
