Curtains E-commerce & Made-to-Measure Software

This solution lets a curtain seller take width, drop, pleat and lining for each window, price the order from the fabric used, send a stitching job to the tailor and book fitting. It is written for stores that sell made-to-measure curtains online.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No existing GullySystem product captures window measurements and turns them into stitching jobs for an online order, so it is written for the seller. The shop-side work is described on the furnishing-store industry page.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The system works from a window, not a product. Width, drop, track and pleat style decide the fabric cut, the price and the stitching instruction, so they are captured once and carried through.

It does not measure windows or stitch curtains. It records measurements that the buyer or your measurer supplies and warns when a value looks wrong for the chosen style.

Modules

What is in the system.

Window sheet

Room, window, width, drop, track or rod and pleat style held per window.

Fabric calculator

Works out the metres needed from the measurements, the pleat fullness and the pattern repeat.

Stitching jobs

Sends a job with the cut size, lining and heading to the tailor and tracks it back.

Swatch orders

Takes small paid or free swatch orders and links them to a later purchase.

Fitting visits

Books a fitter by date and area and records acceptance.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Measure to order

A buyer enters or uploads measurements, sees the fabric used and price and pays an advance.

Stitch to fit

The tailor receives the job, returns the finished curtains and a fitter visits to hang them.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Fabrics

Width, pattern repeat, shade number and price per metre for each fabric.

Styles

Pleat style, lining and heading options with the fullness each one needs.

Hardware

Rods, tracks and brackets as separate lines tied to the windows they suit.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Price from usage

Price follows the fabric used and the stitching charge for the style.

Advance

An advance is taken before cutting, and the balance falls due at fitting.

Corrections

A measurement changed after approval creates a revised quote, with the earlier one kept.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Fabric stock

Metres in hand by shade and lot, reduced when a job is cut.

Job progress

Cutting, stitching, finishing and fitting each have a status.

Dispatch or fitting

Ready curtains go by courier or are fitted on a booked visit.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

An advance is paid online before cutting. The balance is paid online or collected at fitting.

Remakes

A curtain made to a wrong measurement is assessed, and who bears the cost is decided by your policy, not by the software.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Jobs by stage

Open jobs with the tailor and the fitting calendar.

Fabric use

Metres cut against metres sold, by fabric.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Measurement guide

A short guide on how to measure, shown beside the form.

Payment gateway

Handles the advance and balance through your merchant account.

WhatsApp updates

Job status messages go out where a Business account has been registered.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Built for you

Designed with your counter and tailoring unit, then hosted where you choose.

In stages

The window sheet and calculator come first. Stitching jobs and fitting follow.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

Set by your tailor

Styles, fullness rules, charges and job stages follow the way your tailor works.

Where it stops

Accuracy rests on the measurements supplied. A visit by your own measurer stays the safer route for costly orders.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Loading fabrics

Fabric lists, shade numbers and prices come from sheets and are compared with what is on the racks.

Staff training

The counter, the tailoring unit and the fitters each learn their own screens.

Support scope

What support covers.

Looked after

The calculator, job tracker and fitting calendar are maintained under the agreement.

Priced apart

Augmented reality previews and new product families are quoted as new work.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is there a packaged curtain product behind this?

No. The made-to-measure flow is written for the seller. Ready-made panels run on the ordinary catalogue.

Will it stop a wrong measurement?

Not on its own. It flags values that look odd for the style, but only a careful measurement avoids a remake.

Do you supply fabric or tailoring?

No. The software runs your sale and your stitching jobs. Fabric and tailoring stay with your business and its suppliers.
