Home Textiles E-commerce & Size Catalogue Software

This solution lets a textile seller hold sizes, fabric details and colour lots in one catalogue, sell sets and single items, take trade and hospitality orders and manage hygiene-sensitive returns. It suits brands, retailers and mills. Set-up differs for each seller and follows the range.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

Size grids, set rules and the storefront are configured on a hosted platform chosen once discovery is complete, and the platform is left unnamed. The existing GullySystem dealer ordering software can serve mills and wholesalers who sell to retailers.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is a catalogue where size, fabric, weight and colour lot are fields. A bed size chosen at checkout then decides the sheet that is picked, and a repeat buyer finds the same shade again.

It covers the storefront, size and set rules, orders, trade pricing and returns. It does not weave, dye or test fabric, and it does not certify claims about thread count or fibre.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront with size selector

Shoppers choose a bed or table size first, then see only the linen that fits it.

Fabric and shade catalogue

Fibre, weave, weight, colour name and dye lot held as fields on each item.

Set and bundle builder

Defines which pieces belong together and holds all of them for one order.

Trade and bulk ordering

Case quantities, quotation requests and agreed prices for retailers, hotels and institutions.

Returns with condition check

Separates unopened items from used ones and applies the return rule you set.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Choose by size and set

A shopper picks a size and a set, sees the pieces included and pays. The picking list names every piece.

Bulk or hospitality quotation

A buyer lists items and quantities, receives a quotation, approves it and is invoiced in stages.

Repeat purchase

A returning buyer finds an earlier order and asks for the same shade, and the lot is checked before dispatch.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Sizes and fit

Bed, table and cushion sizes held in one grid, with the mattress or table dimension each fits.

Fabric details

Fibre, weave, weight and care instructions, quoted from the maker.

Shade and lot

Colour name and dye lot recorded, so a later batch is not passed off as the same.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Set pricing

A set can be priced as a whole or as its pieces added up, whichever you choose.

Trade price lists

Retailers and institutions see their own prices, and case multiples apply.

Quotation for bulk

Large orders are quoted, approved and kept as a record.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Stock by piece and lot

Each size, colour and lot has its own count, so a sold-out king size does not hide the doubles.

Compressed and bulky parcels

Quilts and blankets are recorded by packed volume, which sets the courier choice.

Partial supply

A bulk order can ship in lots, with quantities owed listed on the order.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Checkout takes UPI, cards and transfers on the account you hold. Trade invoices are settled by bank transfer and matched to the order.

Hygiene and returns

Unopened items follow the stated return rule. Opened or washed items are handled by the policy you write.

Refunds

A refund is tied to the original payment, and a credit note can be issued to trade buyers.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Catalogue staff, dispatch, sales and owners each work from their own screens.

Approvals

Bulk discounts and credit sales stop for sign-off by the person you name.

Reports

Sales by size and fabric, returns by condition, lots in stock and trade orders by customer.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Dealer ordering software

The existing GullySystem dealer ordering software covers retailer accounts and dispatch for mills and wholesalers.

Payment gateway

Handles the online methods that your merchant account offers.

Carriers

Parcel and freight booking, for carriers whose interfaces prove usable for bulky packs.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosting

On servers we set up with you, or in a hosting account that carries your company name.

Release order

Single items and sets go first. Trade and hospitality ordering follow.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

Fitted to your range

Size grids, set rules, shade fields and order stages follow what you sell.

Limits

The platform sets the boundary. Where a need falls outside it, an extension or custom work is scoped and priced before commitment.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Moving the range

Items, sizes and shades come in from sheets or your current store and are compared with a sample of past orders.

Learning the system

Staff practise on your own sheets, towels and covers rather than sample data.

Support scope

What support covers.

Looked after

Fixes and small tweaks are covered by the written agreement, along with support for your own staff.

Charged separately

A new channel, a new country or a major rebuild is quoted as new work.

Subcategory coverage

Where each home textiles subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is it a packaged product?

No. The storefront is configured on a platform. Only the dealer ordering side is an existing GullySystem product.

Can it check thread count or fibre content?

No. It displays what the maker states. Testing belongs to a laboratory or your supplier.

Do you publish prices or a trial?

No. Nothing is published on price, and no trial or demo exists. A quotation in writing follows discovery.
