Table Linen E-commerce & Made-to-Size Software

This solution lets a table linen seller take a table size, shape and drop, work out the cloth, plan napkins and runners by seat count and proof embroidery before production. It suits sellers to homes, restaurants and caterers who reorder the same pieces.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

A product-options extension on a hosted platform, chosen in discovery, can capture table sizes, drops and embroidery text. Where the platform cannot, custom work is scoped before it is promised. No platform is named here.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The system starts from the table. Length, width, shape and the hang below the edge decide the cut size, and the seat count decides how many napkins and mats are needed.

It does not cut or stitch the cloth. It prepares an order sheet with the sizes, the fabric and any embroidery text, and keeps the proof the buyer approved.

Width of the roll, fibre, finish and shade for each cloth.

Shapes

Rectangle, round and oval with the rules for working out the cut.

Payments, returns and refunds

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is this a ready product?

No. It is a configured set-up, with custom work only where a platform cannot cope.

Will every cloth fit its table?

Not on its own. Fit depends on the size entered. The form shows the finished size back to the buyer to catch slips.

Can embroidery be previewed?

As text and placement, yes. A true thread preview needs the embroidery unit’s own software.
