Mattress and Sleep E-commerce & Warranty Software

This solution lets a mattress seller list sizes and firmness, run a trial period, register each sale for warranty and sell matching add-ons. It also gives dealers their own ordering. The store is assembled for the seller once discovery has chosen the platform.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

No GullySystem product sells mattresses online. The store, trial flow and warranty register are put together on the e-commerce platform agreed in discovery, and anything it lacks is scoped as custom work.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The system keeps one record per sale: the mattress, its size, the date, the trial window and the warranty. A later return or claim is checked against that record and not against memory.

It covers the store, trial and return handling, warranty records, delivery slots and dealer ordering. It does not give sleep or health advice, and it does not set what a warranty must cover.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront and dealer catalogue

A consumer store, a dealer catalogue or both, with separate price lists.

Size and firmness catalogue

Sizes, thickness, firmness and materials as filters, with matching add-ons.

Trial and return desk

Requests inside the trial window, collection booking and refund or exchange.

Warranty register

Sale, model and terms kept so a claim can be matched.

Delivery scheduler

Slots and vehicles for bulky items, with removal of the old mattress where offered.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Order to delivery

A buyer chooses a size and firmness, adds a protector, pays and is booked into a delivery slot.

Trial return

A buyer asks to return inside the window, collection is booked and the refund or exchange follows once the item is received.

Warranty claim

A claim is opened, matched to the sale and either accepted or declined by the seller’s rules.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Sizes in two units

Each size is shown in centimetres and inches, and by the name the market uses.

Firmness and material

Firmness level and material are fields a buyer can filter by.

Linked add-ons

Pillows, toppers and protectors are tied to the mattress sizes they fit.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Web and dealer price lists

Two lists, with dealers shown only their own.

Bundle pricing

A mattress with a protector and two pillows can be priced as a bundle you define.

Approvals

Price overrides and exceptions to the trial rules wait for sign-off.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Stock by size

Each size and firmness has its own count, by warehouse.

Slots for large items

Delivery slots reflect crews and vehicles, not just the postal code.

Collection of returns

A return is booked as a pick-up, with the condition recorded on arrival.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payment and part payment

Cards and UPI, with part payment when the seller permits it.

Refunds on trial returns

A refund is raised after the item is received and checked, under the seller’s rules.

Exchange

An exchange for another firmness or size is created from the original order.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Catalogue, care, logistics and dealer manager each have their own screens.

Approvals

Exceptions to trial and warranty rules are signed off by a named approver.

Reports

Returns by reason, trial requests, warranty claims, stock by size and dealer sales.

Where showrooms exist, GullySystem’s showroom software can hold their stock and bills if it fits, which discovery confirms.

Gateway account

Switched on once your account is live and tested.

Freight services

Booking for large parcels with carriers whose interface proves usable in testing.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosting

Hosting sits with us, or on a cloud plan under your name.

One product family goes first. The remaining families follow as records match.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Trial length, warranty fields, size tables and dealer rules follow your terms.

Where the edge is

Comfort claims and warranty coverage are your decisions. The software records and applies them.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing records over

Past sales and warranty details are moved from sheets or an older system and spot-checked.

Training

Sessions for care, logistics and dealer managers on trials, claims and rates.

Support scope

What support covers.

Support terms

A support sheet lists contacts, hours covered and what is fixed without charge.

Beyond support

A new market, a new product line or a redesign is a separate quotation.

Subcategory coverage

Where each mattresses & sleep products subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Mattresses

    Its own solution page

The trial window, collection of returned mattresses and warranty claims form a post-sale process that a catalogue and basket do not cover.

  • Mattress Toppers

    Covered on this page

Toppers are add-ons sized to a mattress, which the category size matrix and linked add-ons already cover.

  • Pillows

    Covered on this page

Pillow fills, loft and sets are fields in the category catalogue, and hygiene returns follow the seller’s return rule.

  • Mattress Protectors

    Covered on this page

Protectors are sized to mattress depth and sold as add-ons, which the category size matrix and linked add-ons already hold.

  • Sleep Accessories

    Covered on this page

Small accessories sold as add-ons and sleep kits fit the category basket, with device warranties noted per product.
