Printer E-commerce & Sales Management Software

This solution sells printers online while keeping each unit’s serial, warranty and service history in the dealer’s existing system. It covers quotes for businesses, installation scheduling and the link to consumables that suit the model.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

Serial-number stock, warranty records, billing and service jobs already exist in a GullySystem showroom product built for electronics and appliances. The online storefront and business quotes are configured around it.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

A printer is sold once but supported for years. The aim is a record that follows the unit from sale to service call and shows which consumables fit.

It does not repair printers or supply cartridges. It holds records, schedules visits and shows what suits the model.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Serial-based stock

Each unit leaves stock against its serial and is not sold twice.

Handover of a unit to a brand centre is recorded by hand unless the brand offers a feed we can use.

Payments

Online payment goes through the gateway your bank has set up for you. Approved companies are invoiced instead.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosting choice

Either we host it and watch it, or it sits in your own cloud account with our access limited to what upkeep needs.

Rollout

A trial range opens to a small set of buyers, and the rest of the catalogue follows after the first orders are checked.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

Settings you control

Price rules, delivery windows, minimum quantities and notification wording.

Limits

Production, printing and repair stay with the people who do them. The software records the work and its status.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Loading the catalogue

Item lists are cleaned, given consistent options and loaded in batches, with sample pages reviewed before the rest follow.

Learning the screens

Each role practises on realistic orders in the test copy before the live system opens.

Support scope

What support covers.

Ongoing help

A named contact, a defined set of hours and a way to raise issues are agreed at the start.

Beyond the agreement

Substantial additions go through a short scoping step and a fresh estimate.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Does an existing product sit behind this?

The back-office side does. A GullySystem showroom product for electronics holds stock, billing, warranty and service, and the online store and quote flow are configured around it.

Does it repair printers or refill cartridges?

No. It records service jobs and schedules visits. The repair itself is done by your technician or the brand centre.

Can it check a brand’s warranty by serial?

Not on its own. It holds the warranty you record for each sale. A live check would depend on the brand offering a lookup, which we would test first.
