Printer Consumables E-commerce & Replenishment Software

This solution holds the fit between printer models and cartridges, lets a buyer find supplies by model, and sends reminders for repeat orders. It supports original, compatible and refilled lines and is built to order.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No existing GullySystem product holds printer-to-cartridge fitment or replenishment reminders, so the software is written for each seller. A stock system at the shop can still supply the counts.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is that nobody orders a cartridge that does not fit. The fit table is the centre of the system, and every listing, search result and reminder reads from it so that corrections made once reach every page.

It does not refill cartridges or test print quality. It records the lines you sell, what fits and when buyers reorder, and it keeps those facts in one place for the catalogue to read.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Fit data source

Built from your own records and brand sheets, with each entry checked by an editor.

Stock system

Stock counts arrive from the counter software in a file or feed it can produce, after we test its limits.

Carriers

Liquid and toner restrictions set by each carrier are held as rules.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Environment

A test copy and a live copy are kept apart, so changes are tried before buyers see them.

Staging the launch

One product family, one buyer type and one carrier go first. More are added when the numbers settle.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What bends

Stages, fields, roles and report columns can be changed after launch by agreement.

What does not

Rules set by carriers, banks and marketplaces are theirs, and the system follows them as published.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Import and check

Existing records are mapped field by field. Totals and a sample of lines are compared with your source.

Hands-on sessions

Short sessions per team, followed by a week of quick questions answered.

Support scope

What support covers.

Maintenance

Updates, backups and monitoring are included in the support terms, with the exact list written out.

Separate work

Redesigns and integrations with new systems are estimated on request.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is any existing GullySystem product involved?

No. Nothing in the current range holds fitment data, so the software is written to order.

Can it tell me which cartridge fits my printer?

Yes, for the models in the fit table. Accuracy depends on the records behind the table, so every entry is reviewed.

Does it sell only original cartridges?

No. It supports original, compatible and refilled lines, each labelled. What you sell is your choice.
