Wearable Technology E-commerce & Stock Management Software

A wearable seller can list, sell and ship devices from the same serial-wise stock the shop uses. Brands, electronics retailers and distributors are the intended users. Storefront and compatibility data are set up for each business. The counter and warranty side already exists.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

GullySystem’s Electronics Retail Management Software already covers the shop: serial-number stock, counter billing and warranty records. The web store and its order flow are an extension, scoped separately for each seller.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

Every unit gets one record, and the store, the warehouse and the service desk all read it. When a sale happens anywhere, the others see the new status.

It covers the storefront, order handling, serial allocation and warranty. It does not test device compatibility, repair devices or act as the manufacturer’s warranty provider.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront and dealer catalogue

A consumer store, a dealer-only catalogue or both, reading prices and stock from the unit record.

Model and variant catalogue

Models, colours, sizes and regional editions, each carrying its own list of supported phones.

Serial-wise stock

Units held by serial or IMEI, shared with the showroom product.

Order management

Orders from every channel in one queue, with bundles reserved as a whole.

Warranty and returns

Warranty records from the purchase date, and returns inspected against the serial.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

From listing to warranty

A model is published, ordered, allocated a serial, dispatched and registered for warranty without retyping the number.

Dealer ordering

A dealer signs in, sees the rates and schemes agreed with them, orders by model and is billed on account.

Trade-in and replacement

An older device is valued against a new purchase, and a faulty unit is exchanged with both serials recorded.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Variants

Colour, case size, band size and connectivity as choices within a single model.

Compatibility

Supported phone brands and system versions as fields that drive filters and warnings.

Specifications

Battery, sensors, water resistance and similar details as comparable fields, taken from the maker’s sheet.

Accessories

Straps, chargers and cases linked to the models they fit.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Launch and bundle pricing

A bundle is priced as a rule and reserves each component in stock.

Dealer rates

A dealer sees only the rates and schemes set for them, with a stop date on each scheme.

Credit holds

A dealer order past an agreed limit waits for an approver, and the decision is kept.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

One stock record

The site reads the stock the showroom sells from, so a counter sale reaches the site on the agreed schedule.

Scheduled, not instant

When a linked system refreshes at set intervals, the site holds a unit back during the wait.

Serial at picking

The serial is captured when the unit is picked and travels with the order.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Buyers pay by card, UPI or transfer, and the money lands in your own provider account. Instalment plans are added where that provider offers them.

Returns

A return is checked against its serial and accessories before a refund is raised.

Replacement

A faulty unit is replaced with both serials linked, so warranty stays continuous.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Catalogue, warehouse, support and owner staff are shown screens that match their tasks.

Approvals

Discounts, credit releases and refunds past a set value wait for an approver.

Reports

Stock by model and variant, returns by reason, warranty cases open and sales by channel.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Showroom product

Shares stock and warranty records with GullySystem’s Electronics Retail Management Software.

Payment gateway

Linked to the payment methods your provider offers, once its interface and your account have been checked.

Courier and marketplaces

Booking, tracking and listing updates, added one provider at a time after its access and scope are confirmed.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosted for you

Hosted on servers we manage with you, or placed in a cloud account that you own.

Phased

One device line goes first. The wider range and the dealer catalogue follow.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Variant fields, bundle rules, order stages and store design follow how you sell.

Where the edge is

Device testing, repairs and the manufacturer’s own warranty remain with the maker and its service partners.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing the data over

Models, serial numbers and warranty dates are imported from your billing system or a sheet, then compared with a physical count.

Training

Short sessions for the catalogue, warehouse and support teams, run on your own devices.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

The written agreement names the hours, the contacts and what is fixed for you.

Outside scope

Adding a sales channel or a market, or rebuilding a flow, is priced as further work.

Subcategory coverage

Where each wearable technology subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Smartwatches

    Covered on this page

Serial stock, variants and warranty are what the category solution already covers; compatibility is a field within it.

  • Fitness Trackers

    Covered on this page

The differences are comparison fields and quotes, both of which the category solution already holds.

  • Smart Rings

    Its own solution page

A sizing-kit order that precedes the ring, stock counted by size and a chain of exchanges need their own flow, unlike plain device sales.

  • Wearable Accessories

    Its own solution page

A fitment table joining accessories to many device models, plus mixed baskets of many lines, makes this a different catalogue system from serial-wise device stock.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Does this arrive as a finished package?

No. The shop software exists today. The web store is an extension that we scope with each seller before any work starts.

Can I see a price list before we talk?

Not at present. Pricing is not published. After discovery, scope and cost arrive in a written proposal.

Can it check whether a serial is genuine?

Not on its own. It records the serial you scan. Any check against a maker’s database is scoped only if the maker offers one.

Does it work with our own billing software?

That depends on what it can share. We read its export formats and interface first, then say what can be linked.
