Frequently asked questions
Do vendors get a login?
No. Everything about a vendor is entered by your own team, and what he is told still goes out from your number on WhatsApp. A caterer on a wedding morning is not opening a portal.
Can rates differ for the same vendor by season?
The panel carries his rates, and each booking carries the amount you actually agreed for that function. December is rarely quoted the way June is, and the booking holds the truth.
What if we use a new vendor once?
Add him with what you agreed. If he works out he is already there for next season, and if he does not, the record of that event says so.
