How a job moves

Design and print

No. Your editors work in their own software exactly as they do now. What is tracked here is the stage, the person holding it and the date promised to the family.
Who chases a family that has not sent its selection?
Your coordinator, with a reminder drafted on WhatsApp from the studio number. The screen shows which selections have been out for three weeks. Families are the slow part of this trade and always will be.
Can we set our own stages?
Yes. A studio that sends everything to one printer and a studio that binds in house do not have the same list. The stages follow how your work actually moves.
