Day by Day Itineraries for Tour Operators
This module holds the plan for each day of a trip, from arrival to drop. A finished plan can be saved and used again for the next group.
What a day line carries
One line is one day of the trip, written the way your office writes it for the guest.
Saved plans and variants
A plan that sells well is saved under its own name, such as a six-night circuit or a weekend hill trip. Sales copy it into a new enquiry and change the hotels, the dates and the passenger count. A shorter version can be saved beside the long one. The original is untouched.
Where the plan is used later
The same day lines feed the rest of the file. Costing reads the stays, the vehicle and the entries. Vendor requests are raised night by night from it. Vouchers and the guest sheet print from the confirmed plan, and the tour manager carries that sheet on departure day.
What the client decides
- Which circuits are saved as standard plans, and who may change a saved one.
- How much detail the guest sheet shows, and what stays internal.
- Whether distances and journey hours are printed for the guest to read.
- The wording of inclusions and exclusions that goes under every plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can a plan be changed after the guest confirms?
Yes. A hotel or a sightseeing point can be swapped, and the vouchers already issued are reprinted for the night that changed.
Are two plans possible for one departure?
Yes. A group joining from another city can follow its own first and last day, while the main circuit stays common.
Does the module know opening days of monuments?
Only what your staff enter against each point. The office keeps that note current, since local practice changes.
Can the plan carry photographs?
Images of hotels and sightseeing points can be attached for the guest document. Loading and keeping the images current is your office’s work.
