Does the guest see our supplier cost?
No. The quotation carries what you are selling, per person and by room category. The cost and the margin stay inside the office.
How are revisions handled?
Each version is kept with its date and what changed, so the guest and the desk are looking at the same plan when they speak on the phone.
Can we cost in a foreign currency?
The costing sheet works in rupees. A Dubai ground agent bills in dirhams, so your desk converts at the rate it is applying that week and enters the rupee cost. No rate is fetched from anywhere, because the one you apply is a commercial decision.
