Bakers may be paid monthly, weekend helpers daily and delivery riders per trip. All of them sit on one list, and each carries their own basis. Month end becomes one run instead of three separate calculations kept on the back of a bill book.

Limits of the record
Attendance still has to be marked by someone who can see the shop floor. Marked from memory at the end of the week, it produces a payroll that is also built from memory. A person has to do that part.
Frequently asked questions
Do part-timers and weekend helpers go in?
Yes, on a daily or hourly basis. Casual help is where month-end arithmetic often goes wrong, so keeping those staff on the list is better than tracking them on a chit.
Can identity and bank details be stored?
Yes, against the person. Only the roles you allow can open that screen.
Is there a biometric punching machine?
No, not as standard. Attendance is marked in the system. Bringing data across from an existing punching machine is extra work, and it is scoped and priced separately.
Does salary come out of these records?
Partly. The pay basis and the hours come from these records. The run itself, with deductions and payslips, is done on the payroll screen, which reads them instead of a sheet kept on the side.
