Plant Nursery E-commerce & Batch Stock Software

This solution holds a nursery’s plants by batch, size and ready quantity, assigns orders to dispatch days that suit the route and records packing and arrival evidence. This is custom work for retail nurseries and growers, and it reads the nursery’s own sheet or stock book.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No existing GullySystem product tracks living stock by batch, with dispatch-day rules and arrival-condition claims, so it would be written from scratch. The florist product’s stock ageing is the nearest idea, but it is not a fit.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is to sell only what is ready, ship on days that suit the route and keep proof of how each parcel left. A claim can then be judged on facts, not on whose photograph looks worse.

It does not diagnose plant health or forecast weather. It records what the nursery tells it and applies the rules the nursery sets.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Does a ready package exist for nurseries?

No. Nothing existing handles live-plant batches and claims, so the software is custom.

Does it tell me when to water or prune?

No. It holds the care notes you write for buyers. Nursery work on the bench is outside the software.

Can it handle wholesale trays as well?

Yes, as a trade catalogue with its own prices and invoicing, once batch and size rules are agreed.
