Dishwasher E-commerce & Installation Readiness Software

This solution lets a dishwasher seller ask about water, drain, power and space at the basket. Where answers are unclear, a survey is booked. The fitter then installs and records acceptance, and consumables are sold on a cycle. It sits beside the category store.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

No GullySystem product runs a pre-sale kitchen survey or a consumables cycle. Discovery selects a commerce platform. The storefront and these flows are then built on it.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The store asks what a fitter would ask, before the machine is bought. The answers travel with the order to the survey and the installation, so nobody has to ring the customer again.

It does not assess a kitchen by itself, and it does not do the plumbing. It collects facts. Then it books the people who can check them, and keeps what they find with the order.

Modules

What is in the system.

Readiness checklist

Questions on water, drain, power and space, with answers stored on the order.

Survey and install jobs

Two linked jobs with findings passed from survey to fitter.

Model data

Place settings, outer size and cut-out size per model.

Consumables cycle

Salt, rinse aid and detergent matched to the machine, with reminder and skip.

Acceptance record

The first run and the buyer’s acceptance, kept with the serial.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Check, survey, install

Answers raise a flag or clear the order. A flagged order gets a survey first. A clear one goes straight to the fitter, who reads the same answers the adviser saw before the visit begins.

Consumables reminder

A message goes out before supplies run low. The buyer confirms the next dispatch.

Warranty call

The service desk reads the order, the survey and the acceptance record from the serial.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Dimensions

Outer size, depth with the door open and cut-out size for built-in models, so that a cabinet maker and a buyer can read the same figures from one page.

Utility needs

Water pressure range, power rating and drain height, copied from the maker’s data sheet.

Compatible consumables

Each model lists the salts and detergents the maker recommends.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Installation pricing

Installation and survey fees are set per model and shown at the basket.

Bundles

A machine, an installation and a first set of consumables can be sold together, with the installation fee shown as its own line on the invoice.

Approvals

Cut prices past a staff limit are held for senior sign-off.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Reserve by serial

A specific machine is held once the readiness check is cleared.

Delivery with fitting

Delivery is booked for the same day as the fitter where the dealer works that way.

Consumable dispatch

Small parcels go out by courier, separate from the machine.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Advance and balance

A survey fee or an advance can be taken online. It is set against the final price.

Cancellation after survey

If the survey shows the kitchen unsuitable, the order is cancelled under the terms you set.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Advisers, surveyors, fitters and owners work in their own views.

Reports

Flagged orders by cause, survey outcomes and consumables customers by cycle.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Showroom product

Shares serial stock and warranty with the existing appliance retail product.

Payment provider

Connected to the provider you choose, once its fee schedule has been read.

Messaging

Survey and fitting slots, and reminders for consumables, by WhatsApp or SMS where set up.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Configured

Built on the commerce platform that discovery selects, with the readiness and survey flows added as custom steps.

Phased

Readiness checklist first, then survey jobs, then consumables.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Questions, flags, fees and consumable lists follow your practice.

Where the edge is

Plumbing, electrical work and water testing stay with trained people. The software only books them and keeps the notes.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Preparing data

Models, dimensions and consumables are loaded and compared with maker sheets.

Training

Sessions for advisers, surveyors and fitters.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

The support agreement names the covered fixes and the people who respond.

Outside scope

New models, new regions and changes to the survey flow are quoted separately.

Can this be bought as a package?

No. Each seller gets a set-up fitted to its own showroom, after a discovery stage.
