Home Appliance E-commerce & Showroom Management Software

This solution adds an online store to an appliance showroom’s existing record of sets, serial numbers, warranty and fitting visits. It suits dealers and multi-brand retailers. The back office exists as a GullySystem product, and the storefront, slot booking and order flow are configured for each business.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

An existing GullySystem product for appliance showrooms already holds serial stock, warranty, exchange, finance cases and fitting visits. A storefront is then built around it.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The showroom already knows each set by its serial number. The online store reads that record. A set sold on the website and a set sold over the counter then come out of one pool.

The product covers stock, billing, exchange, finance cases, fitting visits and warranty. It does not include a storefront, so that part is configured. It does not install, finance or repair appliances.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront

A consumer store with specification filters, scheme prices and delivery slot choice, configured around the showroom record.

Serial stock

The existing product’s serial-number stock by godown, floor and branch.

Delivery and installation

Existing scheduling for the van, the fitter and demo visits, with the store offering the slot.

Exchange and finance

Existing records for old-set exchange and finance cases, connected to the online order.

Warranty and service

Existing warranty and repair-job records, started from the delivery date.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Online order to fitted appliance

A buyer chooses a model, a slot and an exchange. A specific set is reserved, delivered, fitted and recorded.

Scheme change

A brand scheme ends, and online prices follow the stop date set in the price list.

Warranty claim

The counter reads the serial, finds the purchase and opens a service job.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Specifications

Capacity, type, dimensions and power rating are fields in the model catalogue.

Variants

Colour and capacity are options of one model, each counted by serial.

Product information

Brochures, installation requirements and warranty terms attach to the model.

Accessories

Stands, stabilisers and installation kits are tied to whichever models take them.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Price list and schemes

The current price list and each scheme apply between their start and stop dates.

Exchange values

An old set is valued at the counter or by agreed rule, and the value is set against the order.

Discount control

A discount beyond a staff member’s limit is parked until someone senior signs it off.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Reserve by serial

An order holds a specific set. The serial is read again at dispatch.

Where the update is scheduled

If the showroom record and the store sync at set times, the store says so and holds the set meanwhile.

Visit booking

The store offers the slot dates your showroom sets for its vans and fitters.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Online payment through the provider you hold an account with, plus payments by a financier recorded on the order.

Delivery damage

The acceptance record and any photographs show what the buyer saw at the door.

Returns

A return is assessed against the serial and its warranty record, under the policy you set.

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Sales, delivery, service and owners each have their own screens.

Slot rules, scheme handling, exchange rules and approvals follow how your showroom works.

Where the edge is

Lending, installation work and repairs stay with financiers, fitters and service centres.

Moving over and getting people ready.

Using what you have

Models, serials and warranty records already in the product are used as they are. Online-only data is added.

Training

Sessions for sales staff and the delivery team on slot booking and acceptance.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

The support agreement names the fixes, the changes and the contacts that are covered.

Outside scope

A new brand integration or a new market is quoted as its own work.

Subcategory coverage

Where each home appliances subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Refrigerators

    Covered on this page

Serial stock, crew booking, exchange pickup and warranty records are what the existing appliance product and the category store already cover.

  • Washing Machines

    Covered on this page

Accessory links, visit booking and part-wise warranty are covered by the appliance product and the category store without a separate system.

  • Dryers

    Covered on this page

Pairing links, site questions and seasonal reports use the accessory and reporting tools of the category solution.

  • Dishwashers

    Its own solution page

A pre-sale readiness check, a survey visit and repeat consumables make the sale a service journey that the category store does not provide.

  • Vacuum Cleaners

    Its own solution page

Parts fitment by model, consumable reminders and two-part warranty make the after-sale business a separate flow from a one-off appliance sale.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Does the existing product include an online store?

No. It runs the showroom side. A storefront is built around it for each business.

Does a price list exist, or a store to test?

No. Nothing of the kind is published. Scope and cost come in a written quotation, once the showroom has been studied.

Will online stock update the moment a set is sold at the counter?

That depends on how the two are connected. Where it syncs at set times, the store holds the set during the gap.

Does it handle the loan for a buyer?

No. It records the financier’s case status. The loan is the lender’s decision.
