Mobile Phone E-commerce & Accessory Catalogue Software

This solution puts a store in front of the electronics retail product that already tracks handsets by IMEI. It adds a variant catalogue, offer rules and a compatibility layer for cases, glass and chargers. It suits multi-brand mobile retailers. Case and power bank sellers have separate pages.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

GullySystem’s electronics retail product already runs the showroom side, with IMEI-level stock, finance cases, warranty records and counter billing. The online store and the accessory compatibility catalogue are configured around it.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The handset side starts from the existing product. Its stock, billing, finance and warranty records stay where they are, and the store reads from them.

What is new is the storefront, the handset variants and the accessory compatibility layer. Exchange records are adapted for handsets in discovery, and nothing here grades a phone or approves a finance case.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront

A consumer store with variant pickers for handsets and a model-first route into accessories.

Handset record

Brand, model, variant and IMEI, shared with the showroom product.

Offer manager

Brand and bank offers with start and end times, stored on the order that used them.

Compatibility layer

Accessories matched to phones by model, added in bulk for each launch.

Trade-in capture

Condition grade, agreed value and photographs recorded against a new order.

Dealer ordering

Shops sign in, view rates set for them and reorder in quantity.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Handset order

A buyer chooses a variant, applies an offer and pays. The IMEI is reserved and written to the order, and the showroom product sees the sale.

Accessory order

A buyer picks a model and sees only compatible cases, glass and chargers. The basket mixes handset and accessories.

Dealer reorder

A shop repeats a past order at its own rates, and the order flows to the warehouse.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Variants

Storage, memory and colour held as options of one model, with stock counted per variant.

Specifications

Display, battery, camera and network details from the maker’s sheet.

Compatibility

A table linking each accessory to models, which buyers use as the main filter.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Price list

The brand’s list is loaded, and revisions reach every listing together.

Offers

Discounts and cashback rules with limits and an end time, shown on the order.

Dealer rates

Each shop sees its own rates and quantity rules.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

IMEI stock

Receipt scans the IMEI, and a sale moves that unit out. The showroom and the site read the same record.

Update interval

Where the connected record updates at set intervals, the site shows availability on that basis and holds a unit while an order is open.

Dispatch record

Sealed-box check, photograph and carrier noted per order.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Online payment

Card and UPI checkout, plus finance where a provider offers a way to connect it.

Returns

A sealed handset can return under your terms. An opened one follows the brand’s and your policy.

Refunds

A refund retraces the payment route after the returned item has been inspected.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Access

Pricing staff edit lists and offers, counter staff handle orders, warehouse staff see pick lists.

Reports

Handset sales by model and variant, accessory attach rate by model, offers used and returns by reason.

Accountability

Offer changes, price revisions and trade-in values carry the name of the person who set them.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Electronics retail product

Reads and writes handset stock, warranty and finance records through a scoped link.

Distributor files

Price and stock sheets loaded as files, with direct links considered per distributor.

Courier

Booking and proof of delivery from the courier named in the proposal.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Existing product plus store

The showroom product is set up for you by GullySystem. The store is configured around it.

Phased

Handsets of one brand first, then the wider range and the accessory layer.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Variant names, offer rules, order stages and the store’s look.

Where the edge is

The existing product defines the showroom side. The software records finance and exchange outcomes. It does not decide them.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing the data over

Handset stock with IMEI, customers and open cases come from your register or present software and are checked against the shelves.

Training

Sessions for counter staff, the warehouse and the pricing team.

Support scope

What support covers.

Cover

The agreement covers defect repair, small edits and answers to staff questions.

Extra work

Marketplace feeds, new brands and new channels are priced separately.

Subcategory coverage

Where each mobile phones & accessories subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Smartphones

    Covered on this page

IMEI-level stock, offers and trade-in are what the category solution and the existing product already cover.

  • Feature Phones

    Covered on this page

Assisted ordering and cash on delivery are order and payment settings on top of the category solution.

  • Phone Cases

    Its own solution page

Model fitment by layout and a custom print flow are different from the category’s handset catalogue, so this subcategory has its own solution page.

  • Screen Protectors

    Covered on this page

Fitment and replacement claims are handled in the compatibility layer and returns rules of the category solution.

  • Chargers

    Covered on this page

Specification fields, cable pairing and invoice records are catalogue settings covered by the category solution, and there are no battery shipping concerns.

  • Power Banks

    Its own solution page

Battery shipping flags, batch tracing and claims differ from the rest of the category, so this subcategory has its own solution page.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is this fully built?

Partly. The showroom side is an existing product. The store, the offer rules and the compatibility layer are configured for each business.

Does it work for an accessory-only shop?

Not on its own. A shop with no serial-numbered stock does not need the existing product. The catalogue and storefront can still be configured.

Is a price available?

Nothing is published ahead of a quotation, and no trial or demonstration is offered. Scope and cost are written up after discovery.
