Phone Case E-commerce & Model Fitment Software

This solution builds a model-by-model fitment catalogue for cases and adds an optional custom print flow with upload, preview and approval. It suits case brands, accessory sellers and print studios. Every new phone launch adds a batch of models, so the catalogue is designed to grow quickly.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

A store platform picked during discovery carries the model catalogue, the fitment filters and the print order flow. No existing GullySystem product covers accessory retail or print-on-demand.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The catalogue starts from the phone. A buyer picks a brand and model, and the store shows the cases cut for that handset, with its camera layout and button positions.

Custom print is an optional second flow. A buyer uploads a picture, checks the preview and approves it, and a production job goes to the print queue with the image and the model.

Modules

What is in the system.

Fitment catalogue

Brand and model as the entry point, with each case linked to the models it fits.

Finish and colour variants

Silicone, hard shell, leather and clear finishes held as variants with their own stock.

Custom print flow

Image upload, resolution check, preview and approval, then a print job.

New model loader

Adds a new handset and links existing designs to it from a sheet.

Production queue

Print jobs by model and design with status through to packing.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Pick a phone, pick a case

A buyer selects the model, filters by finish and colour, and adds a case and glass to the basket.

Print to order

The buyer uploads an image, sees it on the case outline for the chosen model and approves. The job enters the queue.

New launch

A new model is added, designs are linked to it in bulk, and the range opens for that phone.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Models and layouts

Each model records its camera cut-out type and size class, so a case is linked on layout, not on name.

Designs and finishes

A design is stocked per finish and per model, and a printed design is made on demand.

Artwork specifications

Print areas and minimum image sizes per model, shown to the buyer before upload.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Price by finish

Silicone, hard and leather finishes priced separately by rule.

Print surcharge

An added amount for custom print, set by you.

Bundle offers

A case with tempered glass or a charger offered as one basket line.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Variant stock

Counts by model, finish and colour for ready cases.

Made-to-order jobs

Printed cases are not counted in stock. Each is a job with a lead time shown at checkout.

Packing

Light parcels packed for cost, with a postage figure per order.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Online payment via the gateway the agreement names, covering card and UPI.

Returns for ready cases

A wrong-model return goes back into stock after inspection.

Printed cases

Custom cases are returned only for faults, on terms stated before ordering.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Access

Editors maintain models, print staff see jobs, and packing staff see pick lists.

Reports

Sales by model, returns for wrong fit and print jobs by status.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Print workflow

Jobs pass to your print team as a sheet or file, and direct machine links are considered per printer.

Marketplaces

Listings go out per model, after the marketplace’s format is reviewed.

Courier

Rate lookups and tracking for light parcels from the carrier you choose.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Platform-based

Built on a store platform selected in discovery, with hosting either ours or yours.

Models first

The most common models and their layouts go live first, with others loaded in batches.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Finishes, print rules, bundles and the model structure.

Where the edge is

Image rights belong to the buyer who uploads. The store can show a notice, and your adviser decides its wording.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Loading models

Your model list and design files are imported from sheets and tested against real cases.

Training

A short session for the editors who load launches and for the print team.

Support scope

What support covers.

Cover

Fitment corrections and minor edits sit inside the agreement, along with questions from your editors.

Extra work

Printer integrations and extra marketplaces are priced separately.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is a finished phone case store available?

No. A platform is configured for you and the fitment data is built from your range. GullySystem has no existing product for accessory retail.

Does it check an uploaded image for rights?

No. It can check size and resolution. Rights are for the buyer and your own terms to settle.

How fast can a new phone be added?

Adding a model is a sheet import and a link step. The time depends on how many designs you want to link and on the data you hold.
