Supplement & Nutrition E-commerce Software

This solution covers an online store for supplements and nutrition products, with serving-based refill planning, a wording approval trail, batch and expiry rules and authorised-seller records. The platform is selected in discovery, then extended for what the platform does not offer.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

No GullySystem product runs a supplement storefront. A commerce platform is chosen during discovery and extended for servings, wording approval and expiry rules, and that platform limits how far the extensions can reach.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is to let a seller publish only wording that has been approved, send only stock that is in date and time each refill to the shopper’s real use.

It covers the store, the review trail, batch rules, refills and seller records. It does not test products, judge a health statement or police other sites.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront

A store arranged by goal, product form and brand, with filters and clear serving information.

Product record

Form, servings, daily use and approved wording on each product, with variants for flavour and size.

Wording approval

A review trail from draft to approved text, with each version kept.

Batch and expiry stock

Receipt by batch, a minimum remaining life and picking that respects it.

Refill planner

Subscription timing from servings per pack and daily use.

Seller register

Authorised sellers and channels, with the products each may sell.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Publish a product

A manager drafts text, the reviewer approves it, and only then does the product go live.

Refill cycle

A shopper picks a daily use, the planner works out the date the pack ends and sends a reminder ahead of the repeat order.

Batch complaint

A complaint is logged against a batch, and similar complaints from the same batch are grouped.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Serving data

Serving size, servings per pack and form, held as numbers the planner can use.

Flavours and sizes

Variants of one product, with separate stock and expiry dates for each.

Bundles

Sets of products sold together, with each part deducted from stock.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Prices and bundles

Single prices, bundle prices and subscription prices, kept separate.

Subscription rules

Pause, skip and change of cycle by the shopper, within limits you set.

Trade orders

A quotation route for gyms, clinics and shops that buy in volume.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Batch counts

Counts split by batch and expiry date, with lists of what is close to the end.

Minimum remaining life

Batches below the set life are skipped at picking and listed for you to decide.

Packing notes

Instructions per product, such as sealed outer packing for heavy tubs.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Online checkout through your own gateway account, with stored methods if the gateway supports them.

Returns

Sealed packs can return to stock after a check. Opened packs are recorded and handled by your rule.

Refunds

Money goes back by the original route, with the reason noted for support.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Reviewers can approve wording but not touch stock. Dispatch can change stock but not wording.

Change history

Who edited wording or stock, and when.

Reports

Sales and refills by product, near-expiry stock, complaints by batch and refill timeliness.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Marketplaces

Listings and orders for chosen channels, after each channel’s access and rules have been checked.

Courier services

Booking and tracking with couriers that take sealed light parcels, once tested.

Messaging

Refill and order messages through a verified business account.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosting

We can host it, or place it in a cloud account you own.

Order of work

Product record and wording trail first, then batch rules, then refills.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Approval steps, serving fields, minimum-life rules and refill options are set to your range.

Where the edge is

The platform decides how far wording trails and refill logic can be added. Gaps are named before a proposal.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing the range over

Spreadsheets or a previous store supply products, wording, batches and opening stock, and your reviewer approves the text again.

Training

Sessions for managers, reviewers and dispatch on the approval trail and the batch rules.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

After launch we repair faults and make small changes, under terms that name hours and contacts.

Outside scope

New marketplaces, other countries and bigger changes to the storefront are quoted on their own.

  • Herbal Supplements

    Covered on this page

Botanical records, leaflets and practitioner links are catalogue and referral rules the category store can hold.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is it a ready-made supplement platform?

No. Each seller gets a build set up after discovery, with the platform decided at that point.

Can it decide whether our wording is permitted?

No. It keeps your approved text and its history. Whether the text is allowed is for your adviser.

Can I look at it before committing?

Nothing is published to browse. A written proposal spells out scope and cost.
