Protein Supplement E-commerce & Authenticity Software

This solution is built for protein supplement brands and distributors that need buyers to verify what they bought. It generates a code for each pack or batch, lets the buyer check it, records which sellers are authorised and shows where each batch went, alongside a store for flavours and sizes.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No existing GullySystem product issues pack codes, verifies them for buyers or tracks authorised resellers. The system would be written for the brand, and none of it is available until it has been designed and accepted.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

Counterfeit tubs and grey-market resale hurt the brand and the buyer. The system gives a buyer something to check, and gives the brand a record of where its stock went.

It does not detect fakes by itself. It confirms whether a code was issued, how often it has been checked and where that batch was sold.

Modules

What is in the system.

Code generation

Unique codes per pack or batch, printed on labels or inner seals.

Buyer check page

A page where a buyer enters or scans a code and sees the result.

Reseller register and alerts

Authorised sellers, channels and regions with their allotment, and a warning for codes checked too often or from places a batch should not be.

Batch tracing

Which batch went to which seller or order.

Storefront

Flavours and sizes sold direct, tied to the same batch records.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Check at home

A buyer scans a code, sees whether it was issued and for which product and batch, and whether it has been checked before.

Reseller allotment

A batch is allotted to a distributor, who is recorded against the batch and its code range.

Suspect pack

A buyer reports a pack that fails the check, and support sees the batch, the allotment and prior checks.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Flavours and sizes

Each flavour in each size is its own variant, holding separate stock and codes.

Batch data

Batch number, manufacture and expiry dates, and any test reference the brand supplies.

Product wording

Approved text with its version history.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Price by size

A price per size, with bundle and subscription prices.

Reseller prices

Distributor and retailer rates, hidden from consumers.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Code format, alert rules, reseller tiers and the check page wording follow your brand.

Where the edge is

The system cannot see sales outside its records. It cannot take down an unauthorised listing on another site.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing batches over

Past batches and distributors are loaded so that older stock can be traced.

Training

Sessions for brand managers and support on reading checks and handling a suspect pack.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

Fixes to code generation, the check page and tracing, with hours and contacts named in the agreement.

Outside scope

Tamper-evident packaging, new markets and legal action against sellers sit outside the software.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Can it tell if a tub is fake?

Not by itself. It confirms whether a code was issued and how it has been used. A physical inspection is still needed for a doubtful pack.

Is this an app we can download?

No. It is custom work, and nothing exists until it is designed and accepted.

Can resellers see each other’s stock?

No. Each reseller sees only its own allotment, and the brand sees all of them.
