Wheel Fitment E-commerce & Catalogue Software

This solution holds fitment data for vehicles and wheels and matches the two. Wheels sell with tyres as packages, and returns are recorded by condition. It is custom work and links to shop stock where a shop system exists. Data quality is the main task, not screen design.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No GullySystem product holds wheel fitment data, so this is custom work. The tyre shop product can still look after stock and counter billing.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is a fitment record that improves each time it is used. A mismatch found at a return corrects the table, and every later buyer who searches for that vehicle sees the corrected match.

It does not certify that a wheel is safe for a vehicle. It matches the data you load, and the seller or fitter confirms the fit.

Modules

What is in the system.

Fitment table

Vehicle by pattern, offset range, bore and diameter, with its source noted.

Matching engine

Lists the wheels within a vehicle’s fitment, and hides the rest. Simple.

Package builder

Combines wheel, tyres, mounting and balancing in one order.

Return inspection

Condition and photographs before restock.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Vehicle to wheel

A vehicle is chosen and the matching wheels appear. Tyres in the right diameter and width are suggested beside them, a package is built from the pair, and the order goes to mounting and balancing before dispatch.

Mismatch to fix

A return exposes a fitment error. The table is corrected and the cause recorded.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Designs and finishes

A design with its diameters, widths, offsets and finishes as options. Each option is a stock line.

Technical fields

Pattern, bore, offset and load rating are fields in their own right, never buried in description text.

Photographs

One set per finish, shown beside the matching sizes.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Per wheel and per set

A wheel price and a set price, with mounting and balancing as separate lines.

Trade price

A trade list for garages. Simple.

Advice record

What an adviser said about fit stays with the order, for later reference.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Variant stock

Counts by design, size and finish, kept for each warehouse or shop that holds wheels.

Mount and balance

A step in the order before dispatch, with the technician named.

Crated shipping

Carrier, crate size and tracking kept with the order.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Card, UPI and bank transfer for large orders, with part payment recorded.

Returns

Condition and fit are checked first. Then the refund terms you set are applied.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Researchers edit fitment. Sales staff cannot.

Reports

Returns by cause, vehicles with no fitment yet, and stock by design.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Fitment supplier

Considered only once its terms and update method have been read and accepted.

Shop product

Shares stock and counter billing with the tyre shop product, so a wheel sold at the counter leaves the website on the agreed schedule.

Carriers

Added one at a time, after each carrier’s service is confirmed.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Custom build

Designed with you, then run on a server we manage or on a hosting account in your name.

Phased

Fitment table first, then ordering and packages.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Matching tolerances, fields and package rules follow your practice.

Where the edge is

Fitment authority stays with the data source and the fitter. The software only matches what is loaded.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing designs over

Designs and stock are loaded, then checked against a physical count.

Training

Sessions for researchers and advisers on correcting the fitment table.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

Fixes to matching and package flows, plus advisers’ questions, under named contacts and agreed hours.

Outside scope

A new data supplier, a new market or a model change is separate work.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is there an existing product for wheel sellers?

No. This is custom software. Nothing in it is a ready-made GullySystem product.

Who owns the fitment data?

Data you create is yours. Supplier data stays under the supplier’s terms, which we read before loading it.

Does the system check that a wheel is safe?

No. It matches the dimensions you load. The seller and the fitter judge safety.
