Tyre and Wheel E-commerce & Fitting Management Software

This solution lets a tyre seller list, sell and book fitting online from the stock the shop already counts. It suits dealers with a bay, sellers with partner fitters and distributors serving garages. The shop side exists today. Each online store is set up to fit the business it serves.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

Counter and bay work already runs on GullySystem’s Tyre Shop Management Software: stock by size, fitting jobs, warranty and billing. The online store and booking flow are added on top of it, with scope set for each business.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is one tyre record read by the counter, the bay and the website. When a tyre sells in one place, the others show it gone and nobody retypes it that evening.

It covers the storefront, size search, fitting bookings and the tie to stock and warranty. It does not set tyre standards, test tyres or settle claims on the maker’s behalf.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront with size search

A consumer store, a trade login or both, finding tyres by size or vehicle and reading stock from the shop.

Tyre stock record

Size, brand, pattern, load rating, manufacture week and serial, shared with the shop product.

Fitting bookings

Bay or partner slots, with balancing and alignment added to the order as chosen.

Exchange and warranty

Old casings valued and tracked, and claims logged against the invoice and serial.

Trade accounts

Agreed rates, credit limits and statements for garages and fleets.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

From size to fitted tyre

A buyer finds a size, picks a pattern, books a slot and pays. The bay sees the job with the tyre already allocated.

Partner fitting

A tyre ships to or is held for a partner. The partner marks it fitted, and the fitting fee is settled against the order.

Warranty claim

A customer reports a fault. The serial and invoice are found from the vehicle number, and the claim is followed to the maker’s decision.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Size, load and speed rating

Held as fields, so search and filters work on them and the buyer sees them before paying.

Brand and pattern

Several patterns under one size, each with its own price and photograph.

Vehicle fit data

A size list per vehicle where you or a supplier hold it, always shown with the size itself.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Set or single pricing

A price per tyre, with a set price where four are bought together and fitting added as its own line.

Trade rates

Garages and fleets see the rates agreed with them. No other buyer can see those rates.

Exchange credit

A casing taken in lowers the bill by a value that staff set, and the value stays on the order.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Shared stock

The website reads the shop’s count by size and pattern, updated on the schedule agreed with the connected system.

Allocation to a fitting

A tyre booked for a slot is held for that job until it is fitted or the booking lapses.

Dispatch of unmounted tyres

Bulky parcels are booked with carriers that accept them, and tracking is kept on the order.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Card, UPI and bank payment collected on a gateway account of your own, with a deposit at booking if you want one.

Returns

An unused tyre can be returned under your terms. A fitted tyre follows the warranty route instead.

Refunds

Money goes back against the original payment. The tyre rejoins stock only after someone has inspected it.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Counter, bay, partner and owner logins each open only the screens that role uses.

Approvals

Exchange values and trade discounts pause for an approver. The approval stays with the order.

Reports

Stock by size and age, fitting slots used, exchange casings held and claims open.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Shop product

Reads and writes the stock, job and warranty records of GullySystem’s Tyre Shop Management Software.

Payment gateway

Collects payment through a gateway account in your name, once the provider’s API and your account have been checked.

Couriers and partners

Booking and tracking where a carrier’s API is confirmed, plus a partner login where fitters work with you.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Run for you

The store runs on a server or cloud account that you own. We can look after it if you ask.

Phased

Popular sizes and one fitting bay go first. The rest of the range and the partners follow.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Booking rules, fitting charges, exchange values and the store’s appearance follow how you trade.

Where the edge is

Tyre testing, standards and warranty decisions stay with makers and regulators. The software records their references only.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing the data over

Sizes, brands, rack counts and customer vehicles arrive from your present system or a sheet. A physical count checks them.

Training

Short sessions for the counter and the bay, run on your own sizes and jobs.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

Bug fixes, small catalogue changes and help for the counter are written into the agreement, with named contacts.

Outside scope

A new fitting partner, another sales channel or a redesign is scoped and priced on its own.

Subcategory coverage

Where each tyres & wheels subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Car Tyres

    Covered on this page

Size search, shared stock and fitting bookings are what the category solution already covers; the model lookup is a data table inside it.

  • Motorcycle Tyres

    Covered on this page

The same size search, shop stock and booking flow apply; front and rear sizes and tube prompts are catalogue settings, not a different system.

  • Commercial Vehicle Tyres

    Its own solution page

Fleet quotations, wheel-position records and casing tracking need trade ordering and an asset record, not a retail cart with a fitting slot.

  • Wheels

    Its own solution page

Matching a wheel to a vehicle by bolt pattern, offset and bore is a data problem that a tyre size search cannot solve.

  • Tyre Accessories

    Covered on this page

These are small catalogue items with compatibility tags and pack units, which the category solution already supports.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is the whole thing an existing product?

No. The shop side runs today as a product. The online store and booking flow are built to each business after discovery.

What does it cost?

No price is published. Cost depends on scope, so it is set out in a written proposal after discovery.

Can it work with shop software we already use?

Perhaps. We look at what that software can export or expose, then say plainly which parts can be connected.
