Water Purifier E-commerce & Installation Software

This solution lets a purifier seller list units by technology and capacity, capture the buyer’s water source before checkout, book the fitter and record the serial. The filter and membrane dates then drive reminders, so the sale leads to service work instead of ending at the doorstep.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

GullySystem already runs serial-number stock, warranty records, delivery and fitting schedules and repair jobs for appliance dealers, in its retail product for that trade. Water-source advice, the storefront and the filter-due schedule are fresh configuration around it.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

A purifier is chosen for a particular water supply. This solution therefore asks about the source and the dissolved-solids reading before it suggests a technology, and keeps the answer with the installed unit.

It covers the storefront, fitter booking, the serial record and the service schedule. It does not test water, certify a unit’s performance or promise what a purifier removes.

Modules

What is in the system.

Source-led storefront

The buyer states the water source and, if known, a dissolved-solids reading, and sees units whose technology suits that answer on the seller’s own rules.

Installation booking

A slot, a plumbing or electrical point check and a wall or counter position are agreed at order time.

Installed-unit record

Model, serial, water source, installation date and the first readings are kept for each customer.

Filter and membrane schedule

Each stage’s due date is counted forward from the install date, using the intervals the brand states.

Technician visit app

Visits are shown on a phone and closed with parts used and the customer’s acceptance.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Order to running unit

The buyer gives the source, picks a unit, books a slot and pays. The fitter installs, records the serial and first reading and hands over.

Reminder to visit

A due date creates a reminder, a booking and a spare-part pick for the technician’s bag.

Contract renewal

An annual service contract is offered at handover and listed for renewal as its end date nears.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Technology and capacity

RO, UV, UF and mineral stages, storage litres, wall or under-sink fitting and power need are listing fields.

Source suitability

Seller-written notes explain which sources each technology suits, shown beside the listing.

Stage list

Every unit holds the list of its cartridges and membrane by stage, so the right spares are linked.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Unit and fitting price

The unit price, any plumbing extras and an optional service plan are priced apart.

Service plans

Contract tiers are set up with the visits included and the parts covered or excluded.

Institution orders

Offices and schools order larger plants against a quotation and an advance.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Serial stock

Units are held by serial in the shop or godown stock, and the site reads that stock on a timetable agreed with the showroom.

Technician stock

Cartridges, membranes and lamps are issued to a technician and charged to the visit where they are fitted.

Fitting capacity

The store offers only the slots that fitters can cover.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payment

Full payment, an advance or a financier’s case is noted on the booking.

Returns

A boxed unit can go back to stock. A fitted unit is a service and warranty matter.

Refunds

A refund follows the original payment and waits for the returned unit to be checked.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

The order desk, the fitters and the service coordinator each work on their own screens.

Approvals

Contract discounts and institution quotations wait for an approver.

Reports

Visits due this week, contracts expiring, parts used per technician and units sold by model.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Appliance retail product

Supplies serial stock, billing, warranty and service-job records from what the showroom already uses.

WhatsApp reminders

Due-date messages go out through a business number that the seller has verified.

Payments and financier

Online payment and any EMI route depend on your accounts and the access each provider gives.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Where it runs

Hosted and operated by us, or placed inside a cloud account your company holds.

Phased start

One city and a short range open first, so technician capacity shows before the store grows.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Service intervals, stage lists, visit charges and contract tiers follow the brands and plans you sell.

Where the edge is

Water testing, performance claims and certification stay with laboratories and brands. The system stores the figures you provide and applies your rules.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Records brought across

Installed units, customers and contract end dates are loaded from your diary, sheets or present software, then compared with your counts.

Training

Fitters learn the phone app on a live visit. Desk staff practise booking with real orders.

Support scope

What support covers.

Included

Corrections, minor changes and your staff’s questions fall under an agreement naming contacts and hours.

Excluded

A second city, a new brand’s catalogue or a larger redesign is quoted separately.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is this a boxed product?

No. Retail stock and warranty already run as a product. The store, the water-source advice and the reminders are set up fresh for each seller.

Can it tell the buyer which purifier removes what?

No. It shows what you and the brand state. It does not analyse water or make performance claims of its own.

Is a trial copy available?

No trial copy or public price list exists. Cost follows from a proposal written after discovery.
