What Expense Management Software Connects To
The expense system connects to Tally, payroll software, UPI and bank transfers, WhatsApp, SMS, email and spreadsheet files. What each link does is confirmed with you during scoping.
Your books stay where they are
The system fills the expense side of your accounts. It is not an accounting package, so the ledgers remain in Tally. Most connections are therefore about handing finished entries to the systems you already use, and each depends on how those other systems are set up at your end. Nothing is replaced.

What is confirmed during scoping
Some links depend on the other system more than on this one. For each, we confirm what your accountant, payroll provider or bank allows, and whether an export is enough or a direct link is needed. A direct link is reviewed before it is promised. Where an export is enough, nothing else is built.
What stays outside
- Ledger names are confirmed by your accountant
- Input tax credit decisions stay with your CA
- Payment itself stays with the bank or payroll process you use
- It does not replace Tally or your payroll software
Frequently asked questions
Does it post into Tally by itself?
Not by default. It produces an export that your accountant imports. A direct link can be reviewed at set-up.
Does it work if we do not use Tally?
Yes. The entries can come out as Excel or CSV files, and the mapping is agreed with your accountant.
Can claims be paid through payroll?
Approved claims can be grouped into a batch and paid with salary. How that reaches payroll is confirmed in scoping, because it depends on your payroll software.
Which messaging channels are used?
WhatsApp, SMS and email are among the channels listed. Which messages go over which is agreed during implementation.
