Bookings From the Website, Phone and Gate
Your garage gets a website with your services, your hours, your map and a booking form. What a customer fills in there lands in the same list as the call your receptionist took five minutes earlier.
The Sunday night booking nobody sees
A man decides at nine on Sunday night that the car needs a service. He is not going to ring you then. If there is no way to book, he searches again on Monday morning, and by then the workshop with the form on its page has him.
What a booking carries
Vehicle and complaint
Registration, model and what is wrong, in the customer’s own words. The advisor is not starting cold when the car reaches the gate.
Preferred date and slot
When he wants to bring it in. You can see how Thursday is filling up before you promise anybody else a bay.
Pickup and drop
Asked on the form, because it changes your morning. A driver has to be sent, and that is planned, not discovered.
New or known customer
A website booking creates the customer if the number is new, and attaches to the existing record if it is not.
Confirmed, received, converted
Each booking moves from new to confirmed to vehicle received, then becomes a job card. Nothing is re-entered at the gate.
The website that feeds it
- Your services, working hours, phone and WhatsApp number
- A map link so a first-time customer finds the gate
- A gallery of your workshop and your repair work
- Reviews you choose to show, not whatever appears
Frequently asked questions
Do we get a real website or just a form?
A public site for the garage with your services, hours, map, gallery and reviews, and the booking form on it. It is part of the same system, so bookings arrive in your list rather than in an inbox.
Can we take bookings we received on WhatsApp?
Yes. Phone, WhatsApp and walk-in bookings are entered by your staff into the same list, tagged by source so you can see what the website is actually bringing in.
Does the site handle online payment for the booking?
No. Bookings are free to make and the money is collected at the workshop against the invoice. Taking an advance online would have to be built and quoted on its own.
