UPI, card and cash are recorded as payment modes at the desk. A payment gateway can confirm an online payment against the member’s plan, although what it offers depends entirely on the gateway the gym already uses or chooses. Settlement of money into the gym’s bank account stays with the gateway or the bank. GullySystem does not hold funds.

A Tally export of fee and sales entries is handled as its own item with its own quote. The ledgers it posts to are chosen together with the accountant, who knows how the gym’s books are kept. The gym decides which channels to switch on. Some can wait until after go-live.

Do we need a WhatsApp Business account first?
For WhatsApp messages, yes. Our team helps with the approval steps, and the exact route depends on the provider chosen.
Will our current biometric reader work?
It might. Many makes can be read, but each model is checked during scoping before any promise is made.
Is Tally linked automatically?
Not as standard. A Tally export is sized once your accountant has explained the ledgers in use.
Can we start without the connections?
Yes. The desk can run with manual check-in and reminders at first, and each connection can be added later.
