Gym Membership Plans, Freezes and Joining
Plans are set up the way the gym sells them, from a monthly pass to an annual one. Joining a member creates the profile, the fee record and the end date in one step.
The plans a gym sells
Every plan carries a length, a fee and the access it gives. The gym decides the list.
Freezes and transfers
A member travels for a month or has an injury and asks to pause. The desk records a freeze with start and end dates, and the plan end date moves forward by the days frozen. Where the gym allows a transfer to a family member, the plan is changed on the same record, and the old holder’s history stays visible.
Joining a member
- Enter name, phone number, address and date of birth, with a photo taken at the desk
- Attach the signed joining form and the health declaration the gym asks for
- Pick the plan, start date, trainer if any, and the fee received
- Issue the door card or register the fingerprint for check-in
What the client decides
The gym decides its plan list, its freeze limits and the text of its joining form. Refund rules on a plan taken and then dropped are the owner’s policy, and the system records whatever is agreed with the member.
Frequently asked questions
Can a plan be frozen for a fixed number of days?
Yes. The freeze has a start and an end date, and the plan end date moves by the same number of days.
Can the same member hold two plans?
Yes. A member can hold a gym plan and a separate class plan, each with its own end date and fee.
Where is the signed joining form kept?
On the member’s profile, as a scanned file or photo. The desk can open it without searching a cupboard.
Can plan fees be changed later?
Yes. Our team changes the fee list on request, and members already enrolled keep the fee they paid.
