Reports for Gym Owners and Managers
These reports come from the plans, check-ins, payments and sessions that the desk and the trainers already enter. Owners and branch managers read them without joining separate registers by hand.
The reports
Each report is drawn from one or more modules, and every line below names the records behind it. Nothing is typed in twice.
Who acts on them
The owner reads active members, dues and renewals missed, to decide whom to call and what to offer in a slow month. The desk works from renewals due and the dues list. Trainers read their own session counts. Branch managers read check-ins by hour when they plan trainer shifts and batch times.
What the figures reflect
The figures reflect what has been recorded. A member who is not checked in at the door does not appear in the visit count. A part payment left unentered shows as a larger due than the member really owes. A report that looks wrong often traces back to an entry missed at the desk.
What the client decides
Extra reports can be built from data the system already holds. Ask for one. Which branches a manager may read and whether trainers see the commission report are set with the owner.
Frequently asked questions
Are the figures live?
Yes. They change as the desk and the trainers make entries, so the dues list at closing matches the day’s receipts.
Can a report be exported to a sheet?
Yes. Reports can be downloaded for the accountant or for the owner’s own analysis.
Can a manager see only their own branch?
Yes. A manager’s branch reports are limited by that manager’s own access, and an owner can see every branch together.
Can new reports be added?
Yes, for anything the system already records. A new report is scoped with the gym during implementation or later on request.
