From one premises meter to many

Electricity is often measured once, at the utility meter, and shared out afterwards by estimate. A meter on the compressor room and another on the second line replaces that estimate with readings for each. The change shows within a month.

What is read

Energy by machine, line or block

Consumption comes from energy meters at whatever grain you meter. A line is compared with its own earlier months and not with an assumed target set by somebody outside the plant.

Water the same way

Water meters are read like energy meters. Facility teams running pumps and tanks across several buildings can compare one building with another, and a leak shows as a flow that never stops.

Generator hours and fuel

Run hours and fuel level are shown together. Diesel that leaves faster than the hours explain is visible early. Someone can then ask why.

Beside run hours

Consumption sits next to the machine’s own running time. A raw number becomes one a plant head can act on.

Frequently asked questions

Will this reduce our electricity bill?

Not by itself. The module reads meters and shows which machine and which shift the consumption belongs to. Any saving comes from what your team does with that.

Do we need new meters?

It depends on what is installed. Many plants already have meters with a Modbus or pulse output that nobody reads. Where a new meter is needed, it is chosen with you or your vendor and bought in your name.

Can these figures go into our ERP?

Yes. Consumption and run hours can be pushed into an ERP or maintenance package. Which figures to send, readings or a monthly total, is agreed during set-up.
