One Screen Instead of Four Supplier Portals

The generator has a portal. The chiller has another. The tracker has a third. Three logins, three passwords, and no screen that shows the site together.

What the supervisor opens at handover

Current value per device, grouped the way the plant is actually laid out: by line, by plant, by site. Beside each reading is the time it last came in, which is the number people forget to ask for. A value from eleven last night is not a live value.

What a tile carries

The reading and its range

Cold room 2 at minus eighteen point four, against a set range of minus twenty to minus sixteen. Inside or outside is obvious without doing arithmetic.

When it last reported

Every device shows its last contact. A sensor that has gone quiet is shown as quiet rather than left displaying its final reading forever.

Grouped as the plant is

Line, plant, block or site. A facility team running pumps and tanks across four buildings gets them under the building they stand in.

Open on a phone

It runs in a browser, so the owner looks at the chambers from home at two in the morning. Each role sees its own machines and locations.

Where the readings come from

Sensors, gateways and panels are not made by us. They are chosen with you or your vendor for the conditions on site, bought in your name, and fitted by an electrician who already works there.

  • Modbus, OPC UA, BACnet, RS-485, 4-20 mA and pulse inputs
  • PLCs, drives, chiller controllers and energy meters
  • Read alongside the control system, not into it
  • Supplier permission first where a machine is under AMC
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply the sensors and gateways?

No. We do not manufacture hardware, and we would rather say so plainly than sell you a kit. The probe, the meter and the gateway are picked with you or your vendor, and the invoice is in your name.

Can it read machines we already own?

Usually. Modbus, OPC UA, BACnet, RS-485, 4-20 mA and pulse inputs cover most of what sits in an Indian plant room. Reading happens beside the control system, so the machine runs exactly as it does today.

How accurate will the reading be?

No figure is claimed here, and you should distrust any website that claims one. Accuracy depends on the device, where it is mounted and when it was last calibrated. Before a screen is trusted, the sensor runs beside your own gauge for several shifts.
