Pilates Studio Software Connections to WhatsApp and UPI
The studio system links up with the chat and payment tools a front desk relies on daily. Some links are part of setup. Others are scoped and quoted for the studio that asks for them.
Messaging channels
Class reminders, waitlist offers, pack renewals and returning-client offers all go out by message. Each channel has its own rules.
Payments
Cash, UPI and card are recorded on every invoice. A UPI link or a payment gateway page lets a client pay for a pack before she reaches the studio, and the gateway account belongs to the studio. Fees and settlement terms are between the studio and the provider.
Accounts and devices
Sales and payout reports can be exported as files for the accountant. A Tally export is possible, and it is quoted once the accountant explains the bookkeeping set-up. A barcode scanner, a label printer or a door scanner for check-in can be connected if the studio wants one.
What depends on the other system
A connection works only as far as the other service allows. A blocked WhatsApp number or a gateway outage sits outside GullySystem. Until a link is agreed, the desk sends messages and takes payment by hand.
Frequently asked questions
Which connections come with a standard setup?
Chat and payment links tend to come first. Which of them go live on day one is agreed with the studio during scoping.
Do we need our own WhatsApp business account?
Usually yes. The studio’s own number and approval are needed. Our team guides the steps during scoping.
Can the studio use its existing payment gateway?
Possibly. It depends on whether the gateway offers a link the system can use, which is checked before any commitment.
Is a connection to door access included?
Not as standard. A door or fingerprint device is confirmed and quoted separately, once the device model is known.
