Reports for Pilates Studio Owners and Managers
These reports gather bookings, attendance, packs, payments and stock that the studio already enters. Owners and managers read class fill, pack balances, instructor payouts, cancellations, trials and lapsed clients in one place.
The reports
Each report is built from a module that the front desk or the instructors already use.
Who reads which report
Owners read class fill, pack money and payouts, while the manager follows cancellations and the lapsed list and the desk works from the renewal and trial lists every day. A head instructor can look at fill for her own classes.
What the figures reflect
Completeness depends on the desk. A class with no attendance mark looks empty, and a day with no invoices looks quiet. If a number seems low, check first whether that day has been fully entered.
What the reports leave to others
None of these files tax returns or prepares the studio’s accounts. The accountant decides how pack money and payouts are shown. A further report is possible whenever the figures already sit in the records, and its layout is drawn up together with the studio.
Frequently asked questions
Are the figures live?
Yes. They change as the desk marks attendance or raises a bill. A report opened mid-morning shows the morning’s entries only.
Can a report be limited to one branch?
Yes. Reports can be read for one studio or for all of them together, depending on who is signed in and what that login allows.
Can reports be downloaded?
Yes. A report can be exported to a sheet for the accountant or for the owner’s own analysis.
Can a head instructor see payouts?
Only when the owner switches that on. By default she sees her classes and clients, and the owner sees the money.
