Pilates Studio Software Views for Owners, Reception and Instructors
Many hands work on one pilates class. Owners, the front desk, instructors and clients each open a view built for what they act on, from one set of records.
The views
Each person signs in and sees her own screen. The records underneath are shared.
What each role cannot open
An instructor does not see another instructor’s pay, and a client sees only her own profile. Front desk staff can book and bill, but editing a pack balance can be kept for the owner. These limits are set during scoping.
One set of records
A booking made by the client appears on the desk’s screen and on the instructor’s class list. An attendance mark by the instructor changes the pack balance the client sees. Nobody types anything twice.
What the studio decides
The owner chooses which role sees which screen and who may edit health notes, payouts or prices. A studio with one desk person and two instructors may keep this simple. A larger studio can add a manager role.
Frequently asked questions
Can a person hold two roles?
Yes. An owner who also teaches sees the owner’s screens and her own class list under one login.
Do instructors need a laptop?
No. The instructor view works on a phone, which suits a class where she is on her feet.
Can a new role be added later?
Yes. A role such as a branch manager or a trainee instructor can be set up by GullySystem staff if the studio asks.
Are changes by each person recorded?
Yes. Edits to bookings, balances and notes show who made them and when.
