Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success & Operations Intern who can support customer communication, project coordination, onboarding, follow-ups, payment reminders, and basic reporting. This role is suitable for candidates who want to learn business operations, customer handling, SaaS/product support, and service delivery coordination.
Responsibilities
Customer Success
- Welcome and onboard new customers.
- Explain basic process, product, service, or project flow to customers.
- Follow up with customers for required details, documents, approvals, and feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the internal team.
- Help customers understand how to use the product or service.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with internal team members for project/task updates.
- Track work progress and update status in sheets, CRM, or project management tools.
- Ensure customer requirements are properly documented.
- Follow up with internal teams to complete tasks on time.
- Maintain customer-wise project and activity records.
Payment Follow-up
- Share payment reminders with customers professionally.
- Follow up on pending payments, renewal payments, AMC, hosting, subscription, or service payments.
- Update payment status in tracking sheets or CRM.
- Coordinate with accounts/admin team for invoices and receipts.
- Ensure payment communication is polite and relationship-friendly.
Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly updates on customers, projects, pending items, and payments.
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
- Escalate delayed tasks, customer issues, or payment delays to the manager.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp, and CRM/project tools.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Polite and professional customer handling.
- Willingness to learn business operations and customer success.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of websites, software, SaaS, digital marketing, or IT services.
- Prior internship or telecalling/customer support experience is an advantage.
- Ability to write simple emails and messages.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers, interns, or trainees can apply.
- Suitable for BBA, B.Com, MBA, BBM, or any graduate.
- Must be organized, responsible, and comfortable speaking with customers.
