Keep every client, policy, renewal and commission on one record, from first quote to the next renewal.

Insurance agents, brokers, advisors and distributors place cover or investments with carriers and then service them for years. Here, one record per client carries policies, documents, renewal dates and commissions together, and role-based permissions decide which staff, partners and sub-agents may open each part of it.

At a glance

Insurance trades sell different things but share one shape. A client is met, a need is understood, a quote is compared and a policy or investment is placed with a carrier. After that the long part begins. Renewals, endorsements, claims, statements and reviews follow for years. Health agents handle family health plans and claim support, brokers handle commercial schedules and risk surveys for business clients, and life advisors track premium due dates across decades of a client’s life.

Wealth managers and mutual fund distributors sit beside them with a similar book. Their clients hold folios, goals and regular investment plans instead of policies. The work is the same. Know the household. Record what was bought, remind on the dates that matter, and show each advisor what has been earned from every client and every carrier.

Several outside parties touch each record. Carriers send policy documents and commission statements, clients send identity papers and claim forms, and sub-agents or relationship managers expect a share. Privacy runs through all of it. Access is settled first.

The trades

Software for each kind of insurance business.

General insurance agents

General insurance agents track renewals in a spreadsheet of expiry dates spread across insurer portals, with quotes and claim papers on WhatsApp. The agency software keeps every policy, endorsement, renewal date, claim and commission entry in one book across insurers. Motor renewal reminders go out before expiry, and each claim has one owner and one file. Commission is checked against insurer statements.

Health insurance agents

Health insurance agents look after families and employee groups whose cover depends on renewal dates, waiting periods, sub-limits and claims paperwork. The health insurance agent software keeps each member, plan, premium and claim on one client record, and renewal reminders, cashless pre-authorisation follow-up and commission statements all read from it.

Life insurance advisors

Life insurance advisors keep a premium-due diary, several insurer portals and decades of family history in their heads, so a lapse catches you off guard. A policy book arranged by family and due date, with reminders clients actually read and a list of maturities visible months ahead, is what this system gives you.

Insurance brokers

A broker acts for the client and places cover with the underwriter that fits. The insurance broker software keeps each client’s policies, quotes, endorsements and claims together, whichever insurer issued them. Renewal dates, premium receipts, bordereaux and brokerage statements sit on the same file, so that handlers and finance staff both work from one record and not from two.

Wealth managers and financial advisers

Wealth managers keep each family’s portfolio in consolidated statements, platform logins and one long spreadsheet, so a review takes an evening and the actions agreed in it slip. This software sits around your platforms. It holds a family-wise client book, funds and regular investment plans on one screen, review dates, tasks that close only on proof, and a document trail.

Mutual fund distributors

Mutual fund distributors work from registrar mailbacks, a back-office package and one chat thread per family, so a failed SIP debit can surface weeks late. The CRM and follow-up layer a back office lacks sits on top of the reports you already download from the registrars and fund houses. It watches mandate failures, KYC holds, leads and short trail brokerage.

What they share

Where these businesses lose time and money.

Renewals live in a diary

Expiry dates, premium due dates and policy anniversaries sit in spreadsheets, notebooks and personal calendars kept by individual agents and relationship managers across the office. The client finds the lapse first. Trust suffers.

Households are split across files

A husband’s motor policy, a wife’s health cover and a parent’s life plan are kept under different names, in different files, by different people. Nobody sees the whole family.

Carrier statements do not match the book

Commission arrives from each insurer or fund house in its own format. Checking it against what was sold takes days. Short payments pass unseen. Rates change without notice to the agent.

Claims follow no common trail

Claim forms, hospital bills, survey reports and reminders travel through chat and email between the client, the agent and the insurer’s desk. The client asks for status. The agent hunts.

Documents are hard to find on demand

Proposal forms, identity papers, schedules and endorsements are scattered across phones, inboxes and folders that nobody else can search. Audits and handovers expose the gaps.

What the software does

What we build across insurance.

One file for each client and household

Link members of a family or the entities of a business to one profile. Show every policy, folio and plan they hold, with documents attached to each, so a service call starts from the full picture.

Quote, compare and place

Record each enquiry and store the quotes received from carriers side by side, with the cover, exclusions and premium of each laid out for the client to compare. The chosen option becomes a policy entry. Nothing is typed twice.

Renewals and due dates in a queue

Build a list of expiring policies, premium dues and review dates by owner. Reminders go out by message or email. They arrive before each date.

Claims tracked step by step

Log each claim with its documents, stage, insurer reference and next action. A client can then be told where the claim stands without a search through old messages, call notes and email threads.

Commission matched to the book

Hold carrier rates and fund house terms. Compare incoming statements against the policies and units that were sold, then compute sub-agent or staff shares only from what matched. Each dispute starts from facts.

Access by role, with a log

Give advisors, service staff, accounts and partners only the client files their work needs, and keep commission views for managers alone. Every view and change is logged.

Common questions

Questions insurance businesses ask.

Is there a single product for all insurance work?

No. Health insurance agents and brokers each have a product built around their own records. For general and life agents, wealth managers and fund distributors each is built to order, shaped by the policies, folios and statements each one handles.

Can it read policy data directly from insurers?

Not by default. Carrier links are scoped per insurer or fund house, because each offers its own portal, file format or interface for policy and statement data, and some offer none. Files can be loaded by upload.

Does it give investment or insurance advice?

No. It records what an advisor has recommended and sold, and keeps the documents behind it. Advice and its suitability stay with the licensed professional who gave it.

Who can open a client’s file?

Only the people you permit, by role. A service executive may see policies, dues and documents for the clients assigned to them, while commission figures and personal papers stay with named managers. Changes are logged.
