Finance and insurance · Software for wealth managers and financial advisers

Before every review meeting, someone spends an evening rebuilding the family’s portfolio in Excel.

Wealth managers keep each family’s portfolio in CAS statements, platform logins and an Excel sheet, so reviews take hours and agreed actions slip. GullySystem builds a family-wise client book with review dates, tasks and a document trail around the platforms you already use. It starts with a free technology audit of your current tools.

At a glance

Your clients hold mutual funds, PMS, bonds, fixed deposits, insurance and a flat or two, spread across husband, wife, parents and an HUF. You are the only person who sees all of it, and mostly in your head.

We don’t replace your platform or research. We build the layer around it: the family record, the review calendar, the paperwork trail and the fee ledger.

How the work runs today

A referral comes in, you meet the family, and the first job is paperwork. KYC, a risk-profile questionnaire, goals on a notepad, and statements from every AMC, bank and insurer all have to be collected.

After that, the work is reviews. Before each quarterly meeting you download a fresh CAS, update values by hand, list what changed, and note the actions agreed. Those actions, a nominee change or a redemption for a child’s fees, live in a notebook or a WhatsApp chat.

Fees and commission arrive from several places, and matching them to clients at year end is another spreadsheet.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for wealth managers and financial advisers without a proper system.

I can’t see one family on one screen

Holdings sit across PANs, platforms and banks. Every review starts by stitching a family picture together again.

Review dates slip when the season gets busy

March tax work and new clients push reviews aside, and the family you last met in October calls asking why nobody has checked in.

Agreed actions get lost after the meeting

The client said yes to a switch and a nominee update. Two months later, nobody is sure it was done.

Client documents are everywhere

PAN copies, KYC forms and signed risk profiles sit in email, a shared drive and a cupboard, with no idea which are current.

What the software does

What we would build for wealth managers and financial advisers.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Family client record

Members, PANs, holdings by product, goals and risk profile on one screen, with values updated from the statements you import.

Review calendar

Each family’s next review date, a reminder the week before, and the meeting note saved against the family.

Action tracker

Every agreed change becomes a task with an owner and due date, closed only when the confirmation is attached.

KYC and document vault

Documents filed by client with expiry flags. Access is limited by role, and every view is logged.

Fee and commission ledger

Advisory invoices and commission received, matched to families, with a year-end summary for your CA.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions wealth managers and financial advisers ask before they call.

Does this make us SEBI compliant?

No software can promise that. It records what you did, when, and who saw each client file, which helps when you answer a query, but compliance stays your responsibility and your compliance officer’s.

Can it connect to Tally for our fee income?

Yes. Advisory invoices and receipts can post to Tally as sales and receipt vouchers, so your accountant need not retype them.

Should we just buy a ready wealth platform?

If a ready platform covers your products and reports, buy it. We are useful when you have outgrown it, need your own client portal, or want it joined to your CRM and accounts.

Can a junior relationship manager see every family’s holdings?

Only if you allow it. Each relationship manager sees their own families, partners see all, and every file opened is logged.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
