Insurance · Life Insurance Agency Management Software

One connected system for policies, premium due dates, benefits and commission.

Manage a life insurance advisor’s clients, families, policies and premium due dates in one system. Endowment, term, money-back and pension plans sit under each family, whichever insurer issued them. Lapses, maturities, claims and commission are all tracked from those same records. One family, one place.

  • Plans, insurers, premium modes and commission rules entered as your agency works
  • Client list and every running policy migrated from your diary and sheets
  • Set up and supported by the same remote team

Life Insurance Agency Management Software is the insurance CRM GullySystem sets up for life advisors, agencies and development officers. It holds an advisor’s families, policies and premium due dates together. Endowment, term, money-back and pension plans sit under one family, whichever insurer issued them. Lapsation, revivals, maturities and claims are logged there too. Commission is matched against insurer statements.

Where it breaks today

What goes wrong before the software.

Due dates sit in a diary

Premium dates are written by hand, in several modes and months. A policy entered late, or never entered, is not reminded. It simply slips.

Each insurer shows only its own policies

A family may hold plans with more than one insurer. No portal lists everything the advisor has sold to that family.

Lapses are noticed after the grace period

A missed premium shows up when the insurer’s notice arrives. By then the revival conversation is harder.

Nominee and plan details are scattered

Nominee names, sum assured, premium paying term and riders are kept in policy bonds, photos and messages.

Maturity and money-back dates are remembered, not recorded

Survival benefits and maturity dates fall years after the sale. The advisor who sold the plan may no longer be at the desk.

Commission is hard to match

First-year and renewal commission arrive by insurer and by date. Checking each line against policies sold waits for a free week. The check keeps slipping.

How it runs

How the work flows through it, step by step.

  1. 1

    Prospect

A family is recorded with its members, dependants and existing cover. The advisor notes the need and the next meeting.

  2. 2

    Proposal

The chosen plan, insurer, sum assured, premium mode and nominee are noted, with KYC papers and medical requirements as they come in.

  3. 3

    Policy issue

The policy number, premium, premium paying term and benefit schedule are recorded, and the bond is stored with the family.

  4. 4

    Premium collection

Each due date is reminded. The premium is paid by cheque, card, auto debit or at the insurer, and a receipt entry follows.

  5. 5

    Benefits and claims

Survival benefits and maturity are tracked by date. A death or maturity claim is followed until the insurer settles it.

  6. 6

    Commission

Each insurer’s statement is matched to the policies sold, and any line that does not match is listed. Gaps stay visible.

Solutions inside

The business modules it is built from.

Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.

  • Contact & Account Management

An advisor opens one client record showing contact details, family links, nominees, KYC papers in the vault and every policy held by that household.

  • Service Reminders

The premium due calendar lays out new and renewal premiums by day, week and month, with reminders to clients and a view by advisor.

  • Receipts Management

Every premium paid is entered with its date, mode and receipt number, building a payment history that sits against each individual policy.

  • Collections and Payment Follow-Up

Policies in grace, lapsation and revival are listed for the follow-up team, with the next call noted against each one.

  • Commission and Incentives

First-year and renewal commission is matched with insurer statements, so each advisor, sub-agent and team can see what has been earned.

  • Lead Management

Prospects move from needs discussion through proposal filing and pending requirements until the policy is issued, with the owning advisor visible throughout.

  • WhatsApp, SMS and Email Notifications

Clients receive reminders for upcoming new and renewal premiums, drawn from the same due calendar that advisors use to plan their calls.

Honest answer

When it is not the right choice.

  • An advisor with a few dozen policies can get by on a diary and the insurer’s own portal.
  • A general insurance agency selling motor, health and fire cover will find General Insurance Agency Management Software fits that work better.
Made to fit

Adapted to your business before it goes live.

You are not handed a login and left to it. The product is set up around your records, your people and the tools you already use.

Your insurers and plans

The insurers you work with, the plans you sell and their premium modes are entered first.

Commission rules

Commission and incentive rules are set up the way each insurer pays you, and checked with your own statements.

Your existing book

Clients, policies, nominees and due dates arrive from your diary, sheets or earlier software, and you check the imported rows before the first live day.

Reminder messages

Wording for due, grace and maturity messages is drafted with you, and delivered by WhatsApp, SMS or mail.

Hosting for the agency

GullySystem hosts the system so the owner, advisors and desk share one client list. Our team looks after edits to plans and rules.

Common questions

Questions owners ask before a demo.

I sell LIC, a private insurer and some health cover. Where does each go?

Life policies sit together here, LIC and private insurers alike, with each insurer’s plans and commission rules entered as you hold them. Health, motor and fire cover belong in General Insurance Agency Management Software, which is a separate product. An advisor with a mixed book runs both.

Can it remind clients before a premium falls due?

Yes. Reminders follow each policy’s due date and premium mode, and reach the client as WhatsApp, SMS or email messages. The wording and timing are agreed with you, and the wording can be in Hindi, Kannada or another language your clients read.

Does it show policies in grace, and will it show my persistency?

Policies past their due date are listed with the grace period and the advisor’s calls. How long grace runs comes from the insurer’s policy terms. There is no persistency figure. You see the dues, lapsation and revivals that sit behind one.

Can it keep track of maturities and money-back instalments?

Yes. Each benefit date is recorded against the policy, so the desk can contact the client and collect papers before the date. Nobody waits for a call.

Can my advisors and sub-agents log in and see only their own clients?

Yes. An advisor opens their own clients, the premiums due this week and the calls noted against them. The owner and the team leader see the wider book. Who sees what is set when the agency is configured.

Does it pay premiums or talk to the insurer’s portal?

Not built in. Premiums are paid where the insurer accepts them, and the receipt is recorded here. Any link to an insurer’s system is scoped during set-up.

Can commission be checked against insurer statements?

Yes. Statement lines are matched to the policies sold, and unmatched lines are listed. Rates and rules come from your own agency terms.

Can an existing book be moved in?

Yes. Clients, policies, nominees and due dates are imported from your diary or sheets, and the desk checks each imported row before launch. Fields are not read out of a policy PDF or a photo. The bond is stored against the policy once the record exists.

Who owns the client data?

You do. The proposal sets out, before work begins, how clients, policies and nominee records are handed back to you.

Do we need this for a small book of policies?

Probably not yet. With a few dozen policies, a diary and the insurer’s portal will do. This is an agency system for a shared book, not a single advisor’s app. A free technology audit can say so plainly.
